Ordered pair of safety boots
Not impressed at all still not taken delivery of my boots emails back and forward asking how long
Can take up to three weeks I was told
Very poor I’ve now had to go and buy a pair of cheap boots just to wear to work and till my expensive pair arrives
If I’d been told from the beginning they would have taken weeks to arrive I wouldn’t have bought them

Amazing service from Kaisertech, always delivered quicker the expected and pleasant experience, all my major soldering tools have been ordered from them, they have supplied us 2 JCB soldering stations and 2 Quick Hot Air stations.

Great customer service. My order arrived within 24 hours. I realised I had ordered the wrong soldering iron tips. I was able to return the tips and get a refund without any problems.

Quick large pcb holder.
The large pcb holder (i believe it's made by Quick) is great for my needs; putting it on offer made buying sensible; the feedback from Kaisertech wasn't great - just give realistic delivery dates, then people can plan ahead; also the delivery cost seemed to jump up and down (£5 on the website, then £9, then £7.50); still, very happy with the purchase.
