Very long delivery times
Very long delivery times, with little updates from KT. Wrong parts sent and took months to be replaced, pretty poor communication throughout the entire process. The products are fine, but then that is no compliment to KT as they are just the distributors, you can buy the products directly from the suppliers with probably less hassle.
