every year the price hikes up and the service gets worse, I would avoid but they say my guaranty will be void if I use a different calibration company.

Miss quoting and poor service
My analyser required an IAQ upgrade for which I was quoted £369 plus VAT. I was informed to complete via online service as if for calibration and put a note in the parcel. I paid £214.80 online and expected Kane to ring me for the balance. They did ring but then said I had to pay the £369 plus VAT as well as the calibration cost of £214.80, even though the unit was only calibrated 2 months previous. I paid immediately. It took slightly longer than expected but I then received an email saying it was on its way back and a copy of the invoice for the £369 plus VAT. I then emailed for an invoice for the £214.80. I was asked when I paid this and an order reference. Surely they had this information. I sent the original email confirmation. I then received an email saying here you go and a copy of the £369 plus VAT invoice again. Like most trades I am extremely busy and have little time to chase invoices yet alone when I do receive the wrong one. I have had to actually ring and get it sent to me. Surely as a reputable company you understand the need for correct VAT invoice. I am very disappointed. Firstly in being miss quoted the full price of the work and secondly being given the run around for an invoice.
