First class service

When i booked i was promised same day calibration and returned to me by next day 10:30am. It has been a week since I posted it and I still do not have it back. This is the 2nd year in a row ive had this issue. If I could get it calibrated elsewhere I would. I think I'll be getting a different brand of analyser this time next year.

We had an issue with DPD's delivery service sending the analyser back to us, and Kane International washed their hands of this problem, stating that DPD are an independent company. As a result, we lost the use of this analyser for an additional 24 hrs and lost a day's works as a result. Got a standard 'sorry for experience and we are looking into it' from Kane!
Totally unsatisfactory service, after paying £306.00

In response to your reply dated 05/10/2026 we totally disagree with your view that there a slight delay in returning this analyser!!
This was sent to Kane on 17th September and eventually returned at 4.30pm on 23rd September.
Do you consider this acceptable ?

We still haven't received any explanation on why this delivery was delayed by an additional 24hrs and why Kane or DPD weren't able to fast track this delivery or even allow us to collect it from their depot, to allow us to work on that Wednesday.
DPD were employed by Kane International to carry out this service and yet Kane are taking NO responsibility for their failure!!!
As a result, we lost a days work and let our customers down, for some who had arranged access and taken time from work.

Kanes fake promises 24 hr return 👎
I’ve send my analyser Wednesday and called them on Friday so I could have on Saturday. They were blaming everyone but not themselves

Received my analyser back within 3 days of sending off.

I posted the analyser off on Monday and it was back on Thursday.

Excellent service from Kane International. The annual calibration was quick and hassle-free, and the customer service was friendly, helpful, and professional. Very happy with the overall experience.

the turn around from sending to return is quick and efficient , i just feel the service is over priced and you charge what you charge because the user is trapped in.

Overall very good service. The turnaround is fast. I posted the analyser on Monday afternoon and had it back Wednesday morning.

The only niggles are that the analyser needed charging when I got it back. This messed up a job I was on as I assumed (my mistake) the analyser had a charge, but it gave up half way through a service. So my advice is to charge yours when it comes back.

Also, just a gripe that you can’t calibrate Kane analysers anywhere else. Feels like it’s anti competitive and illegal, but I guess not.
