Warning! Don’t buy from this company. I ordered 2 Litter Robots for $253 on August 28th, hadn’t got a shipping notification or anything from them 20 days later, contacted them and they told me the items were “large” with no estimated ship date. I gave them a deadline to have the order shipped by that date or to cancel. Still got nothing by that date so asked to cancel. Told me 30 days for it to appear on my card. Still no refund months later. Company is a scam, don’t buy from them. I believe they are hoping you forget about your order so they can pocket the money, again my suspicion was raised when they said it takes 30 days to refund. Going to try to contact credit card to do a charge back.

I ordered 2 auto kitty pans on August 25th for 253.30. On Sept 2nd I hadn't received them and inquired about them. They replied on September 3rd that it might take another 2 weeks. On Sept 15 I emailed to cancel and was told it was canceled and it may take up to 30 days for a refund. Here it is today Oct 16th and no refund and no reply to my email inquiring about my refund status. I have since ordered 2 kitty pans from chewy, received them and loving them. Stay away from Kanine Care

Like all the reviews say it takes a while to get your item because they ship it from china but the quality is impeccable, we get our toothbrush and litter boxes from them

I ordered a cat box and sent 215.86 for it and that was in July I did not receive a cat box so I asked for my money back and I still haven't received my money so now I am posting on Facebook what happened and we will see how that goes for you I want either my cat box or my money and I'm tired of asking and being told that my money was returned and it was not so figure it out

Refuses to give me a refund for over $200 for two litter boxes I canceled because it was taking 2 months to arrive . Said I have to follow up with my bank and I have and they have no record of a refund ever issued. Now they have stopped replying to my emails. This company doesn’t care about there customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Takes a while to get your litter box but its worth it for the price they source it for, be patient people , I held out on getting an auto-litter system because they're gross. If you're someone who scoops everytime the litter is used, having a big "rotating, turd-smearing" machine is NOT going to make you happy. Especially not at $400-$600. But when I saw the autoscooper I knew it would be better. And it is great! It works quickly, and safely to CLEANLY remove everyting after each use. I love it as much as you could love a litter box. The cats now use about half as much litter! And because I got it on sale, I got the unit, several rolls of litter bags AND two extra litter trays for just under $200! Great value, does what it promises, and absolutely zero complaints!

Worst company ever!!!! I wanted to refund this product after buying it because it didn't come on time. When I tried reaching out they said they processed the refund and it should be in my account 30 days later. I waited the 30 days and I didn't get my money back. I contacted them again and my emails were ignored. I'm still in the process of trying to get my money back because it was $260.83. Don't buy from this company ever!!!

I waited moths for months for the product to be shipped, but I only got excuses so when I wanted to cancel the order I again was disappointed.
I was promised a refund for over a month, but I received no refund.
I ended up contacting my bank because I they ended up ignoring my many emails.
After my bank decided to do a chargback they contacted me lying to me saying it would take many more months if I didn't cancel the chargback, and that they would dispute the claim when they still over me a refund and the bank already decided to do a chargback

Their shipping takes a while but the quality of their products and packaging makes up for the wait

It takes a while to get your item, but it’s worth it, their delivery times are annoying but their product is good and I got a free gift from them in the package

I purchased the classic version which my Cockapoo crumbled down into pieces within 1 minute. They declined to refund so I eventually negotiated that they send the extreme version. Again he chewed it into pieces on first use. These are not fit for purpose and are a dangerous choking hazard. Avoid at all cost!

The handle for the paws is perfect, helps my retriever get better grip on the toy. Smart design and concept, would definitely recommend if your fur baby gives you a hard time brushing their teeth

My dog is obsessed, noticed his breathe smells A LOT better after adding this toy to his night time routine!

Love it, two birds one stone. My dog loves to brush her teeth now and she doesn’t even know it. Genius!

Total rubbish product! I purchased two extreme chew toys and my little dog chew off about 5 pieces in 5 mins! Not fit for purpose! Extreme choking hazard! Low quality product- DO NOT BUY!

My dog chewed this for less than two minutes and managed to break it. It is not fit for purpose and absolutely not worth the money.

SCAM!!!!!!!! This company is a total scam! It is based out of China but the site said from Los Angeles Ca! The label they used from the US what on top of one from China. I tried to return the product and they told me to send it back. I did and they claimed they never received it. $118 I lost out on from this company. DO NOT BUY!

The company is a scam - they portrait it as a Los Angeles company, while it is Chinese. Who would give their dog a toy and toothpaste from an unapproved Chinese company? No one. So they defraud customers with fake reviews, website etc.
The products took two months to arrive. They are made in China, and not approved for sale in the United States. They never replied to me regarding refund, but when I disputed the charge they lied so much and presented fake documents to make it stand. Stay away from this trashy company. Some people’s dogs ended up in ER bc of these defective trashy toys.

Total scam, my two kittens destroyed the chew toy in 10min. It is clearly not made for chewing, and broke down, so I would even call it a potential choking hazard. It is a rubbery plastic thing..

Company refuses to refund it, and it took more than 2 months to receive it in the first place.
