Usually training programs will be very generic and will not be focussed. But Kapable program felt very customised and they helped in working on specific aspects i was struggling with like initiating or continuing conversation in networking events, recording videos for social media. The frameworks learnt can be used for the rest of the life as they are simple and also easy to implement. They are also situation specific so it makes it easy to implement them too. Would love to recommend this program to anyone who want to get better in communication or public speaking.

The structure and program is well defined and it’s a transformation journey. The one to one session is great to learn, discuss, understand and apply the framework in real life scenarios. Every week is exciting and happy to share the outcome and reflect what you learned and apply. The group session also great for the discussion and share with all the cohorts. it’s an incredible journey with Kapable, I am still learning and practising the frameworks in high pressure or chaotic situations.

I joined Kapable on my own after 20 years in tech. I was fine solving hard technical problems, but put me on the spot in a leadership call with a business question and my answer would come out jumbled.

A few months in, I can see the change. The frameworks are simple and practical, and I now use them in meetings and in my written updates. The role plays were built around my real work situations, and the trainers were honest with me every time, even when it wasn't easy to hear.

Still a work in progress, but if you're a tech leader who wants to hold your own in business conversations, go for it.

A wonderfully designed and delivered program. The one to one sessions with role plays really help in embedding the learning in a practical environment.
