I’m Kathleen Grace MacPhee, a certified Pilates, Barre, and strength instructor from Prince Edward Island, Canada. And I help busy women build strength, confidence, and lasting fitness habits - all from home.
My program includes a mix of women’s Pilates and strength classes, barre, and mobility - all created to support physical and mental wellness. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, and certifications in Injured & Special Populations, ZenGa (fascial fitness), Tabata, and pre/postnatal fitness, I meet you where you are, no matter your starting point.
As a mom of four, I understand the real-life challenges women face. That’s why I focus on short, effective workouts for busy women that you can actually stick to. No gimmicks - just real progress.

This challenge worked for me because it gave me the structure within which I could show up 5 times a week for a manageable amount of time to really push MY limits and build overall body strength and cardio. I don't have the self discipline to push as hard as I can with Kathleen who counts down the repeats and gives us the "10 second left" to pull out the stops. She provides variety in the types and content of classes. Her cues are very focused and her instructions very clear. She has a warm personality and she is not a showoff; instead she shows respect and includes the women who are older, have injuries, have very busy lives, who are new to fitness. This programme is helping me to actually look forward to daily focused exercise and to enjoy feeling the effects in my daily life.

I recently completed a six week challenge and decided to become a full member. I loved that everyday there was a workout waiting for me. It is now part of my daily routine and I find that I am much better at squeezing exercise in! I love the variety each day and I’ve been challenged to try new things. My strength, endurance and flexibility have all improved!

Excellent fitness program. I got on a 5 times a week program and lost 13kg in 2 months. I feel soo much better in life overall. It takes a lot of work of course but i cannot recommend this enough. Easy to get into if you are not used to training(i was very fresh to training myself at start).
