Faultless experience. Our Apple Mac had developed a fault, I checked online for a local expert with the best reviews and this company came out top. Khalifa got my pc back up and running, he deleted 32 viruses, and got my internet speed back up from 1mbs to 20 mbs. Great communication, clear, patient and very professional. If you have viruses and malware Khalifa is the man.

I spoke to Khalifa in the afternoon and he arranged a home visit appointment for the next morning. He was very quickly able to identify the issue with my laptop which had stopped working due to a boot failure.

He is very knowledgeable and keeps you updated whilst he is sorting the problem out. He gave me various options for the repair and once I’d made a decision he continued with the fix. He made sure everything was up and running again by installing all the relevant software and checking that everything worked. He gave good advice about using affordable cloud storage which I took, and he set this up.

We mentioned that we had another very old laptop which had hard drive problems and he offered to take a look at it whilst my main laptop was installing software. He sorted the problem and also advised of where to purchase an affordable battery replacement.

He is a true professional and not out to make a quick buck. He cares about his customers and wants to do the very best for them.

We highly recommend Khalifa, and will certainly call on him again if one of our laptops has a problem.

I phoned K B Computer repairs because I saw they had great reviews - I was not disappointed. I dropped my son's computer off at about 9.30 fully expecting to leave it there for about a week as is usually the case with computer repair businesses. An hour and a half later, I received a telephone call advising me what needed replacing. At midday I received another phone call advising that it was fixed. I am so impressed with the service, the speed and professionalism of K B Computers and have already recommended them to my friend who is experiencing issues with their laptop. Khalifa was excellent in cleaning up my PC and ensuring all the parts were connected correctly, he even recommended me further improvements I could make to the PC to avoid more issues further down the line 10/10 would recommend.

Speedy efficient service - fantastic
