Great service - Khalifa was flexible and worked around my shift pattern to come at a convenient time. He was amiable, friendly and competent. He speedily fixed my laptop and the pricing was fair. I'd use him again and certainly recommend him to others. Thanks!

Originally contact was great, quick and helpful. Khalifa came to my home and 'repaired' the back casing of my laptop meaning I could easily open it again- great! However, shortly after he left I realised that the casing wasn't properly fitted or perhaps it was the wrong part- there was (and still is) a large black line at the base of my screen which shows no live pixels, further to this I found that my laptop camera was left unusable as the sliding cover is jammed closed where the case fitment is incorrect.

Informed Khalifa of these issues and he was helpful and said he would come within two weeks (as I informed him that I was moving at the end of that time frame) to have a look and would give me 2 days notice to ensure I was in- Perfect!

Meanwhile I did some research and found (on my laptop manufacturers website) that there are in fact two different cases for the models of laptop and that it seemed quite likely that Khalifa had purchased the wrong one (from ebay I assume due to the ebay sellers info being printed on the packaging)- not an issue I thought, he would notice this or find a way around it!

I recieved a message from Khalifa saying that he could be at my house in two hours to have a look- unfortunately at that short notice I was unable to get home from work. He confirmed that he would come before the end of the week.

The end of the week came and went with no message and so I asked if there was some sort of compensation/agreement we could come to so that I could take my laptop to someone else to get fully fixed. He declined and replied with an aggressive, angry message accusing me of lack of communication.

I was not asking for a lot, just enough to warrant the lack of satisfaction and to dampen the large cost of £210 (£120 for fitting and £89 for the part, which he cheekily asked for the extra pound). I messaged several times asking for a conversation but have been ignored. I paid £210 for the fitting of a part which has resulted in two other problems which I need fixed. (When I explained this he claimed that it was a successful repair and that he has 'saved me from replacing the entire LCD' because a strip didnt come off as he had hoped- which is completely part of the job as a repair man).

The only take away here is that if your laptop has a software issue then maybe Khalifa is your guy, I wouldn't recommend for hardware as the follow up is poor.

Running 8 email accounts for various things was sure to cause a problem and so it did ably assisted by me!! Called Khalifa and explained as best I could what the problem was and he was with me 2 days later and resolved that matter which was quite complex and also gave the computer a bit of a spring clean. He explained what he was doing through out the visit. Recommended various things I could do if I wanted to have done in the future and gave a price to do it. Outstanding customer service and value for money.

Attended promptly. Sorted out the problem and rectified it with a minimum of fuss. Also gave useful advice.
Would definitely recommend.

I was having difficulty updating my desktop computer that I built 10 years ago. It was starting to have issues starting up leading me to reset Windows 10, unfortunately I was unable to load my profile into Windows 10 rendering it unusable. I also had a laptop that was slowing down and had little space on the C: drive.
I googled for a computer expert and found Khalifa of KB Computers. A chat gave me the confidence to book a home visit.
His visit reflected his expertise. I now have 2 updated, networked and superfast working Windows 10 computers that will now last me another 5 years or more.
I am very satisfied with his work and expertise.

We are a company in the Isle of Man and Khalifa's company is in West Sussex
close to the south coast next to the English Channel and this is no problem
for Khalifa.

After initial discussions on the telephone we despatched the laptop on a
Monday and 4 days later it was delivered back to us on the Friday morning.
It was just like having a new laptop.I recommend anyone with similar problems to consider using Khalifa wherever
they are in the country.

KB came round next day on his motor bike and helped me transfer files and programmes from old to new PC. He then offered to transform my old PC to as good as new by replacing hard disc and set it up for my wife. Brilliant, fast and efficient service.

I phoned KB Computers in Haywards Heath this morning Sat 13 March2021 . I was in a bit of a panic because my 8 year old toshiba laptop will not switch on.
The man at the other end of the line calmly and patiently talked me through a process to get it to work....and it did, what a genius and a kind human being....
i am very grateful for his help and will definitely call on KB again for help.
