Excellent quick delivery and the sandals are superb

Had some years ago and happy to have some new ones now.

Incredibly fast delivery, my last pair of Keen sandals fell apart (they had been glued several times!) - after about 10 years of hard wear and abuse - they are tough, well made and comfortable. Can't fault them and I'm sure there is a style for everyone.

Good quality trainers unfortunately did not fit but return and refund process very prompt

These are excellent sandals for walking, and they look good too. They're also tough - I've had my old pair for two years, and they're still going strong. They're comfortable right out of the box, although it would probably be wise to try them out before setting off on a lengthy hike. My only regret is that the half sizes sold out early - maybe I was just unlucky, but next time I'll buy them early in the season.

KEEN footwear employees do have first hand knowledge to do with the shoes, trainers and sandles that KEEN footwear sells.

The KEEN footwear product itself I have found to be good quality and I am looking to purchase a second pair of KEEN trainers, as the trainers are really fit for purpose.

I made a complaint about the CS department back in April and I'm still waiting for someone at Keen to read, understand and appreciate the issues that their lack of due diligence caused.
Zero understanding of customer support.

I bought a pair of Keen Jasper Zionics in the Safari Sky Captain colourway. Did initially feel £135 was steep, but went ahead with the purchase since they look great. The very first time I wore them out, it became apparent to me that the soles provide absolutely no grip at all. If the surface I'm walking on is wet in any way, my feet skite out behind me as I walk. Dread to think what these will be like in 6 months' time, but I plan on updating this review then. Prior to owning these Keens, I had a 3 year old pair of Asics and the soles still provided plenty of grip until the day I retired them. Don't have much faith in these Keens holding out anywhere near as long...

Not only the quality of shoes is great, customer service is brilliant as well. Never had any problem with them, fast delivery, smooth refund. Can’t wait for the new products out.

I wanted a slightly wider fit hiking shoe and Keen was recommended to me. I ordered a pair of Targhee IV Waterproof Hiking Shoes to try. On trying them on i was immediately surprised just how comfortable they felt out of the box. I have been wearing them all day for over 13 hours and they still feel great. They look good quality and very robust. So far I'm very impressed and think they will manage hillwalking in all weathers.
Delivery was very quick after I ordered them and I was sent updates throughout. Great service

Dreadful customer service. I followed official care advice as expressed in their video and it has ruined my sandals. KEEN have acknowledged the misleading video and accepted the warranty claim, only to then cancel the replacement, citing my previous business with KEEN, irrelevant to the sandals in question.

Misleading, vague, petty and incompetent.

There seemed to be a grey area on sizing and I can not understand who would design a sandal that would not fasten around the arch of what is a normal shaped foot if somewhat on the large size.

Repeat purchase. Bought my first pair for my first trip to Madagascar. Have worn them for three trips now and regularly in between. Love 'em, which is why I bought another pair when the original, began to loose the elastic. Came very promptly - fitted as the old pair did and it was all a pleasure. Now I just need to test them out in Madagascar - if only I could find the cash!

I am hiking a Camino de Santiago in July and found a YouTube video suggesting these hikers. I have wide feet and after quickly receiving the hikers and hiking 25miles to breakin. I can say with confidence they are amazing. The box wide toe guard is fantastic and wearing a 6.5 mens US mens size the size chart help stated a EU39 and it was correct, a very helpful tool for sizing. I will comment more once I finish the Camino Primativo.
