Fast delivery, unfortunately the sandals weren't quite for me!

Delighted with my new walking shoes!

These trainers are so comfortable. I wore them out of the box and walked for two days around London in heat and had absolutely no issues. You can lace them to work around wide feet and that makes them even more special. Love, love, love them. They’re well made and arrived in good time.

I bought a pair of Keen Targhee III walking boots in November 2024. 18 months later all the sides had significantly deterioated with material peeling off from both sides of both shoes. The boots had been used on only 35 days of walking. I wasn't expecting such rapid deterioration. I contacted customer service and was offered 20% off any item on their website. No thank you!

Right out of the box they fit really well which is not very often that happens. I have a slightly wider foot size but also fit in a regular size. They look a practical yet stylish type of shoe.

I like these shoes, they are unusual looking; I also respect the fact that Keen are environmentally conscious. My reason for not giving 5 stars, is that the soles are not as thick as those of my Keen walking sandals. I think this would be an improvement. They’re not advertised as walking shoes, but thicker soles would be an improvement in my view. Still, Im glad to have them and support Keen.

I'm enjoying my Keen hiking shoes so far - yet to test them in poor weather. Possibly could have gone down a half size but I wear 2 layers of sock so they are working well at the moment. Love the wide toe box!

Had to return a shoe because it’s not true to size as advertised. There were no options to exchange it for a smaller half size down (only full sizes) so instead I had to create a new order and purchase a new one. It has been 4 weeks and Keen never refunded me.

In Oct 2025 I bought some Zionic NXT waterproof hiking boots which have been superb. When I saw some Zionic NXT WP multisport shoes for sale from Alpinetrek I didn't hesitate to buy them. However, my experience of wearing these shoes in rain on street pavements and asphalt was shockingly bad: the shoes slipped and lost their grip every time I lifted my heel. They would be unsafe to use in the hills. I contacted Keen (via Alpinetrek) expecting them to be concerned and willing to offer me a refund. Not a bit of it! My complaint was rejected; there are no manufacturing or material defects (they've not seen the actual shoes which are still in my possession!) No other customer has complained so I am clearly mistaken in my experience of wearing the shoes in wet conditions! I never expected to be gaslighted by my former favourite shoe manufacturer. My questions about whether the formulation of the sole had been changed, between the two models of the Zionic shoes I have, went unanswered and unacknowledged. Keen has reached a conclusion about the grippiness of these shoes without ever inspecting the actual shoes that have proved to be unreliable and unsafe. I shall never buy another pair of Keen footwear ever again, given this non-existent, shambolic customer support.

Really stylish comfortable trainers that were easy to order via the website. Delivery took a week even though I paid for express delivery but they were worth the wait.

5* quality product. We have spent years trying to find good quality and fashionable shoes for my wide footed son and we saw a specialist who recommended the brand. I even bought myself a pair and they are so comfy. 100% recommend and really appreciate the free returns on shoes that weren't suitable as this encouraged us to try a few different styles to find the right ones for my son as im always put off when its not free returns

Keen are my all time favourite for comfortable, long-lasting walking shoes. As I get older I have realised how important it is to have the proper footwear and Keen have served me well over the years. Would definitely recommend.
