Very comfortable, wide fit shoes. Excellent quality. I like the extra pair of laces added to suit your desired colour scheme. I have struggled buying shoes which fit well online before. It would have been more helpful to have accurate measurements for width and length plus a guide for with and without an extra pair of thicker walking socks

The website was easy to use, the filters all worked etc and the ordering was simple. The company kept me informed of when the order was dispatched and the goods arrived on time in good condition. I had ordered boots and hiking shoes - both fitted perfectly.

I have bought Keen in the past for their ethical stance.
The waterproof trainers are well made and comfortable and last for a couple of years before the waterproofing fails. They look scruffy very quickly but I wear mine dog walking in uneven, often wet terrain. They may hold up better in urban settings.

Easy to order ,quick delivery. Good fit great slippers.

I bought a pair of hiking boots during COVID. I've now covered around 12km in them, including treks in Madeira, Thailand, Australia, Spain and the UK. My last trek along the Lycian way in Turkey, the rubber sole cracked on the left side, mid level around the small toe area. Just underneath the tread. I thought this was good going so decided to buy a new pair, as I find the boots comfortable, and supportive. I hope this next pair, slightly lighter, will be just as good.

This is my third purchase from Keen footwear. I have always received my order within 2-3 days ofplacing an order. Their boots fit my feet perfectly, I have quite a wide foot, and have never had a problem 'wearing them in'. A smart looking boot bought in the sale and therefore a very fair price.

Plenty to like with Keen: easy to use website, good selection of footwear, great wide toe box for a comfortable fit. Quick delivery and quality products. (I have yet to test the waterproofness if my fabulous walking shoes but I am confident they will be great).
