I bought a twin tap package with an agreement to swap for a single black tap on 5th May 2022 (today is 17th October 2022) and I am still waiting for the complete kit and installation. Emails & phone calls were ignored so I had to go to citizens advice to write 2 letters to Kegman explaining the issues i've had since day one which are the following

Delivery took 4 weeks without any phone calls or email explaining why
Items missing - couplers, cleaning kit and cleaning solution
Empty gas cylinder which was blamed on delivery service (the cylinder was wrapped and taped down kegman sent an empty one and just passed the blame)
Missing keg! Ordered 2 kegs and 1 turned up
Has taken 3 visits from the fitters to carry out the installation and 1 of them I had to organise as kegman didn't, this is due to many missing items which were delivered weeks apart.
Beer and Cider not hitting 3 degrees on the twin chiller have been advised it is the wrong one and need to purchase an additional one if I want 3 degree beer
Missing black tap - now going on 6 months
Emails and phone calls ignored, it took 2 written letters to receive a response and now 6 weeks on emails are now being ignored again.

I have now escalated this matter to Watch Dog and Trading Standards

Clearly they find it acceptable to take money and only do half a job.

Please avoid this company, I have tried to play ball but this company clearly doesn't care about their customers and have let it reach this far.

Great shop, helpful staff, great prices and range. Really convenient for me as I can collect my order from the shop too!

Would have been 5 stars, although I am totally satisfied with the purchase, there was a three day period where my order just showed as unfulfilled. Which led to me starting to question whether I was going to receive my order at all. Would use again though!

Keg man no problem but their courier is a pile of do-do never had a problem before but this time it just seemed like the bloke didn't fancy the walk to my back gate give me some cowdo-doabout not having a pallet truck but was able to drop off including the pallet where I park my van 🤔with no dents in the barrel how weird

The service was excellent. However, I feel the cocktail kegs (we bought 2) were too expensive for what they were.

Hired a double pump bar for our wedding as well as a wooden service bar plus kegs.

Made such a difference to the whole feel of the day - pints poured brilliantly and tasted absolutely great. People commented all day on how much of a nice touch it was to have a real bar. Brilliant service from the team, on time and with plenty of instruction and support on how to use.

Just need another excuse to hire it again now!
