Excellent service, quick delivery would highly recommend!

First class very quick service

Great service, communication was fantastic and was kept up to date at every stage.

Ordered on the 14th December and still no keg no updates . No response on emails or contact at all. All I want is a refund at this stage but get no reply. Anytime I check on website it says order received but no delivery details etc .

First time customer and won’t be using again…

Perfect Draught keg was 3 months out of date when it arrived and nobody wants to pick up the phone for me to complain…shambles…!

Ordered from kegman, a PerfectDraft pro beer machine. I got a decent discount and paid in full. 10 days later and no update. I also sent 2 emails/phone calls and no response. I have now requested and received a refund from AMEX.

Not going to last long as a company with this standard of service. Do yourself a favour and do not order from this company

Absolute joke of a company, constantly tell you the order is on its way and it isn’t!!!

I cannot praise this company enough, I ordered a few items from their Darts range, 2 items came within the time stated but a couple of the items as they were brand new were delayed a little I contacted them and they always came back to me straight away with an update, I received my items today as advised by Mason yesterday and I am thrilled , I would definitely recommend this company I will 100% be ordering again thank you

Product never arrived. Scam.

Emailed several times, no response order said be with me in 3 days. Week later still no correspondence. Web site and Google said there open. Gave me a delivery date but nothings arrived.

Do not use. Ordered a perfect draft keg and money paid for pickup and that’s where the customer journey ended. No updates, failed to respond to emails and phone rings out. You have been warned

I ordered from this company in November. My item did not arrive. There was no update on the tracker function. Tried to contact via online form twice. No response. Rang the landline. No response/not available. Have managed to get my money back via my bank

Ordered blade beer machine for present for my son money taken and still not arrived slightly worried as tried to contact keg man and proving unsuccessful

I have not received my order or an email with a delivery date still. And hard to contact u wen I tried.

I have a home bar setup and usually have to travel around 100 miles to collect from my supplier so this seemed like an excellent solution. I ordered 2 kegs and paid on 24/11 giving plenty of time for them to arrive for a get-together on 03/12...Or so I thought.

7 days after paying, my order still shows as "Unfulfilled" and despite contacting the company multiple times I am no further forward.

I now have to take time off to make the journey tomorrow anyway despite Kegman having my funds as they seem to have decided the best way to deal with this is to ignore it.

I appreciate that the excuse will be the ubiquitous "Black Friday made us do it" but there is no excuse for such poor service and communication. The company had been releasing statements about their Black Friday offers for some time so I don't see how this can have come as a surprise to them!

Now 11 days and my order still shows as "Unfulfilled" and they're still completely ignoring my messages and still have my payment.

Absolute brilliant company to deal with always good to answer questions when we have a query. I stay up in Aberdeenshire and these guys are the best and cheapest

Don't waste you time! if you want a delivery of Kegs..
site was poor to use! no information on non delivery of Kegs.
