Pristine Equipment and Low Ball Offer

I sent in a lot of equipment in pristine condition along with all the manuals and additional discs, anything that originally came with the equipment. The quote they gave me initially was a little over $500.00 which isn't much but ok. Well even though they listed the equipment in excellent plus condition the final offer was $75. Absolutely a sham of an offer!

What else could you ask for?

I found KEH via a Google search for a particular camera. After using it for two days, I finally found a scratch on the bottom near the tripod mount.

I am absolutely delighted with the transaction.

A definite RECOMMEND for photo equipment.

Product As Described

The product and condition was very accurately described. Shipping was fast, albeit I paid for 2nd day Air and it showed up 4 days later. For me, 99.5% of the time, the gear is spot with its description and shipping too.

They sent me the wrong lense then…

They sent me the wrong lense then failed to notify me when the correct lense! This incident cost me $550 they have been holding my funds for 14 days!

I do see that an RMA was set up on the 9th, the return shipment was received on Friday the 13th, and the refund was processed the following Monday on the 16th. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to post back to your original form of payment.

I ordered a used lens which arrived quickly and in excellent condition. It was missing a lens cap and their support immediately got it to me free of charge, no hassle, Very happy with the experience.
