I’m very disappointed with my recent experience with Keneva Beauty. After several weeks of reaching out to the company regarding a refund, I’ve received no response. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important for other customers to be informed.

I purchased these eyelashes and wore them no more than three times, handling them with extreme care because of how delicate they seemed. Despite that, they broke on the second wear. Even after the very first use (only about 5–6 hours), they already appeared worn down. For a brand-new product, treated so gently, this is extremely disappointing.

Adding to my concern, I’ve since seen numerous other customer reports about similar issues, as well as claims that some of the promotional videos may have come from other brands. I also noticed the company requests reviews immediately after purchase, which can create an inaccurate impression of product quality.

I’m sharing this experience in the hope that Keneva Beauty will address these issues and improve both their product quality and customer service. I remain open to a resolution, including a refund for my purchase. In the meantime, I strongly encourage potential customers to review all feedback carefully before buying.

The delivery took a very long time. Unfortunately, the lashes didn't look good at all, the edges stuck out, no matter how much effort I put into applying them. Even if you cut them perfectly. Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel the contract. I couldn't send the lashes back, so it was a waste of money because they're unusable.

I ordered from Keneva on June 20, and got a bit worried cause I haven’t gotten any updates about my order even after 15 days, ended up emailing them and got really quick answer explaining that it was a PRE-ORDER and I need to wait 20 days, got my lashes on July 21 and honestly it’s even quicker than 20 days I’ve been told about. I got styles #10 and #11 and I really love themmmm. They’re very comfy to wear on daily, it’s been 4 day since I wear them so far, not to mention that I wear them like 24/7🥹

When I first got my package, there was no applicator sent. I contacted them via email and got a reply in three days. After sending photo proof, they offered to send me a new set of lashes along with the applicator. Overall, they were great to work with and responded promptly to my emails.

Loved the lip glosses, there were many shades to pick from. It's hydrating and very pigmented, and the best part...they're non sticky!!

First of all, before purchasing from Keneva I did a little search to know what experience people had with them. I was really skeptical cause I read the reviews where people say they scam, that shipping taking forever, the lashes don’t fit eyes well. Honestly I was doubting if I should order some, but anyways I did ordered 2 pairs, dark pearl #5 and amber brown #11. Everything went smoothly but then I started worrying a bit cause since the time I placed my order passed 2 weeks already and I didn’t get any updates on my order. I emailed them, they answered really quickly, and oh gosh… I was feeling so stupid after they explained to me that I placed a preorder and thats why it’s taking so long for them to make the lashes firstly, and then send it. I mean…how could I not notice that it’s written preorder with caps lock in the title of the lashes name😭😭😭
And I think most of people who blame them for long shipping just didn’t notice it as me so it’s understandable.
I’m really thankful to their support for explaining everything so clearly and quickly, they were really sweet!

So as they said I need to wait 30 days before they can send me the lashes, but in fact it took only 20, right after that I got updates about my order being sent alr and after 10 days I got my lashessss

Honestly I didn’t get them on from the first attempt which I think it’s pretty normal cause I’ve never worn magnetic lashes before, but after watching the tutorial they have on instagram I figured out how to put them on properly in 20 minutes. I’ve been using Keneva magnetic lashes for a few weeks now, and I honestly didn’t expect to love them this much. The first time I wore them was during a long day out which is brunch, shopping, gym and even an outdoor event in the heat - and they stayed flawless the entire time. I even wore them on a night out dancing, and not once did I have to fix them!

One thing that really surprised me is how lightweight they feel. Sometimes I forget I’m even wearing lashes until someone compliments me. The #5 style has become my everyday go-to. It gives me that lifted, fresh-eyed look without being over the top. I’ve gotten so many compliments from friends and even strangers, people always ask if I got a lash lift or extensions. When I tell them they’re magnetic, they’re always so surprised. I’ve already convinced a few of my friends to try them!

What I also love is how beginner-friendly they are. I was nervous at first, but applying them turned out super easy without any glue. Plus, the lash bands are flexible and comfortable all day. I even tested them on a windy day at the beach, and they didn’t budge.

Now I’m planning to order a couple more styles to mix things up, maybe something fuller for nights out and something softer for work days. Shipping was kind of quick for preorder too.

Huge thanks to Keneva for creating lashes that actually fit into real life, not just for photos but for everyday wear!

The customer service is great and helpful! The products are high quality and work well. The packaging is beautiful and the shipment came in perfect condition.

Do not buy from here. Absolute scam. They did not send the item for months and would not issue a refund. Only when I opened up a dispute with my bank they responded and sent the items.

First of all the shipment took over a month and only after I checked back were the products sent out. After I received them I was pretty disappointed, too. The magnets are way too large and you can totally see them on your eyes and secondly, the application is horrible. The magnets on the applicator are way too strong, so even if you manage to place the lashes correctly, you’ll end up pulling them halfway off again when trying to take the applicator away from your eye. Customer service isn’t helpful at all. I’ve tried so many times to bend the lashbands so they fit the shape of my eyes better but it’s no use. Waste of money for me.

I’ve never worn false eyelashes before due to having extremely sensitive skin, even lash glue would cause irritation or burns. I’ve always admired how cute lashes look for events like cosplay or nights out, but previous attempts with magnetic liners didn’t go well. These lashes completely changed my experience! It definitely took me around 30 minutes to learn how to apply them properly, but after following the tutorials, I can now put them on in just a few seconds. I wore them for the first time to a baseball game and even while riding in a convertible with the top down, they stayed in place through both heat and wind! I now wear them regularly and look forward to buying more when I can. Absolutely worth the investment

They’re A SCAMMM

I ordered from them thinking they were the TikTok viral brand Wosado. Took 15 days to receive but when I got them they seemed way worse quality than the website images and social media video reviews they post of people effortlessly snapping them on.

The product you receive is equivalent to the ones I got for $5 on aliexpress lol. No bendable magnetic strip just two or three small chunks of magnets that make it so the lashes never sit hugging the eye right.

I did like 5 minutes of deeper digging on their socials to find out that they steal model pics and review videos from the Wosado brand to pass as their own. (In one of the videos you briefly can see the “Wosado” label). And that’s why their product packaging is so similar so that you won’t realize from looking at their pictures and videos it’s a different product until you receive it. Then their return policy says no returns if you’ve used them even once and that you have to pay shipping cost AND a 45% restocking fee even if you’re able to return them as a completely unused unopened product. SCAMMMM.

Ordered 2 pairs of lashes on pre-order on May 7th. Only one pair arrived on June 16th. The customer service is pretty much nonexistent and they don’t listen to what you say. There is no other way of contacting them as they refuse to reply. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

The lashes took a month from when they shipped to when they arrived. One of the magnets on the lashes came off and they do not reply to any emails! No address, no phone, no other way to contact them. Terrible service, no way to leave reviews on the site.

This company has been extremely unresponsive. I never received the order I placed, and they have not replied to any of my emails. At this point, I’m concerned this may be a scam.

The lashes are lovely! It gives a very natural look to your eyes. The only thing is that is hard to stick them together and they can easily move.
