It took a little trial and error to get used to putting the magnetic lashes on, but after I got the hang of it, they were super easy to use.

Ordered lashes on 22nd of April. Got ‘shipped’ 6th of May. Immediately after I ordered (23rd of April) sent an email about having to move out on the 1st of June so wondering when my order will be shipped or asking about changing my address telling them the date i’ll move out. Didn’t receive an answer so after emailing multiple times I received a vague answer not helping me. I didn’t receive a tracking update until the 24th of May, saying it was in customs for 2 weeks. By the time I already moved out of the place they sent another vague email saying it will be in your house. Obviously I wasn’t home since I moved and afterwards the tracking website said it was at a parcel shop, not stating which one. I sent another 4 emails to the company, still not getting an answer. Now my package got shipped back, I lost my money and they still don’t reply to any email

I bought the lashes from keneva beauty! they were so awesome and were exactly as promoted. I love the pair of lashes I have so much, the only thing that I was a bit upset about was the damage done to the packaging when it arrived to my house, but thats not necessarily the companys fault. Anyway it's all good because the product was still intact and works perfectly

Came pretty quick and lashes stick very well very light weight and volumous. Good quality still works after 10+ uses

I bought the magnetic lashes and it did not work for me, I had hope and tried it a lot of times and it still did not fit, maybe because my own lashes are not long enough to hold -(asian short lashes). However, I do believe that this brand has potential and may work for others.

Overall experience was good. Only thing is that the advertising does not match the product in person.

The lashes that I purchased exceeded my expectations entirely! They’re extremely easy for beginners to use, they stay on your lashes for hours at a time, and aren’t noticeably heavy on the eyelids. Would definitely recommend!

Very practical to apply, store and take with you. With your makeup already applied, it looks seamless!

I ordered the amber brown style and it looks soo good on me 😭 Everytime im rushing to an event i can pop these in under 30 seconds lol -- instant glow up. Big shoutout to my friend for putting me on.

Shipping took so long and when it finally came the lashes look so wierd because the lash band is straight, so it looks wierd and unnatural when you put it on your eye. It was also way too long and uncomfortable for my eyes, and it hurt like hell taking it off. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T GET LASHES FROM HERE. There are other better websites that sell better quality and comfortable magnetic lashes.

Took over a month to arrive and when they did arrive they don’t work. The magnet barely sticks to the applicator and they stay straight and don’t mold to your eye shape making them impossible to put on, they are also very clearly cheap material and look awful

Dont bother...Not only did it take over a month to arrive but also they dont work! They stay in a straight line it and looks ridiculous, it doesnt not move in a shape of your eye. So beyond disappointed

I ordered 8.March and haven’t gotten my order yet. I got a mail to track the shipment that tells you nothing, just that it’s from china. I wrote kenevabeauty a mail and tried to get in contact with them on instagram. I still haven’t gotten an answer
