Diabolical non responsive customer service. Constant failed collections or incorrect bin emptied and incorrectly charged for.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
Say they pride themselves on customer service and communication yet don't really back it up. over the past year we have had missed collections and when we have tried to sort this out we had slow replies to emails that dragged out for weeks , then when we called to chase it up the person we needed to speak to was never in with their colleague then getting caught out lying. We then had the driver taking ceramic tiles out of our bin for no reason whatsoever and leaving them on the side this was the last straw. we tried to cancel and it is an absolute nightmare. These CROOKS make it almost imposable to get away from them.

Great service. Claire was prompt at speaking directly to us and advising us on what suited our needs best, before delivering promptly.

From the initial phone call to meeting Sam Jamieson to discuss how Kenny waste management can work with us on our projects, felt very relaxed and straight forward.
I was pleasantly surprised how informative, helpful and felt reassured we could work together in the future. Costs are very reasonable, Sam was very informative and i felt relaxed and secure in the knowledge that kenny waste management would deliver what Sam said and not make idle promises.

Sam J, our Account Manager, has been fantastic from day one. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he is always incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. Whether its dealing with queries, arranging services or finding solutions to issues, Sam consistent goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible for us.

Sam has always been quick and trustworthy with his responses and pricing. He is always my first port of call when it comes to any site for waste management.

Terrible service, I went with them for about 7 months, they always miss collections and causing me issues, had to ring the middle man company every time I needed the bin to be collected!
They are so let down!

Great service from Kenny Skips! Had two skips delivered recently for home renovations & they’ve been great. Deliver on time, collect on time. Drivers are really polite & lovely. I live on an unclaimed, unadopted very narrow stone track road & they go the extra mile to make sure it’s dropped in the right place, even though it proves difficult. Highly recommend 😌. 10/10 ⭐

Since late 2025 I have had nothing bit problems with my bins being emptied. I have had weeks when my bins have not been emptied but still charged. When I have asked for a credit it has been rejected. Such bad customer service and experience.
