Outfit really nice and size was perfect

I ordered a 2piece dress for 82.39 on April 23,2025 and have not received it yet. How do you get in contact with Keppal to get a refund. Thank you

Don't care for the material, makes it feel cheap. I'm also upset that on your website you have the following statement, "Our products are all made in South Carolina,USA, and we have warehouses in the U.S./CAN/U.K./AUS." But they have tags saying made in China!
The plus is that the garments seem to made well and fit great.

It didn't take long to receive. Very pretty outfit.

I have written and asked to exchange the size of a dress, but Kappel never answers me. I, too, am disappointed with their indication that their clothes are made in SC.

They did refund money for a dress they charged me for that I never received.

The package I received did not include the name of the company.
I will not order from a company with no phone number and such a lack of communication.

Nice clothes, well-made, and very attractive. They were delivered quickly, and the tracking number worked. I was able to watch them move every day.

The jumpsuit is very nice. I'm looking forward to wearing it to our son's wedding.

I have ordered clothing more than once from this company and enjoyed most of the items that I received. However, with any online clothing purchase being able to return clothing that doesn't fit or look good on is important. Keppal will not allow returns, even of unworn items with tags still on. Delivery also takes several (6 to 8) weeks. Overall, they are not a good purchase experience and I am unlikely to purchase from them again.

The size is not true to the size mentioned. These 2 shirts are too small.

Attractive and fits well, though pants are short for me. Inseam length would be helpful.
