I still do not have my beautiful jump suit. I wrote down my order # but can not find it. Here we go again, I ordered another jump suit 4 weeks ago, and the money has been taken out of my bank account( $103.98), but no jump suit. My second jump suit and it's still not here. It takes 4 weeks? It went thru Pay Pal. I copied down this info which is
DRESSFAQTFW; off my card 1597. Please send me my jump suit and you won't hete from me again.

One of the items I purchased was not in stock and Keppal submitted a refund to my account without my having to ask. I would, however, like to mention that they communicate out of stock items and credits to their customers via email. This will keep the customer informed. Also, delivery updates like shipping and expected date of receipt would be helpful.

Fits to Size.

Company does not accept returns unless it is damaged. To return and get full refund I have to send it to Dubai at my cost which is almost as much as the item. This company has many complaints filed with the BBB. Don't order from this company unless you are absolutely sure you are keeping it!

The design on the sleeves on the blue dress are very beautifully designed. The fabric is soft and smooth and flows beautifully in the A line design. The denim fabric is very stylish.

You cannot return items unless they are damaged. A $50 romper was delivered to me 3/27/25. It has a back zipper I cannot reach by myself. I requested a return authorization form. I was offered an $8 refund AND then a $15 refund. I refused both. Such poor business. Buyer beware.

It took 35 days from the time we ordered the product to receive it. I had no idea it was gonna take that long, my wife likes her jacket and is wearing it.

I am confused as to why the package was marked Uniuni and not Keppal. I wish these clothes would have been here for my vacation, which was 4 weeks ago.

My two dresses fit well and the sizes seem to be right on. The quality is good for the price and I like free shipping.

Beautiful color, well made but the bust needs to be larger for the size of the dress. It did take a long time to get here to the point I forgot I ordered it.

The product did not fit well, i ordered a small and it was way to big. Otherwise the experience ordering and timely responses to my inquires was top notch.

My outfits came timely and they actually fit. The quality is ok. I think they will be great for traveling because they are light and can be folded with limited wrinkles. Iron easily too.
