I've had gorgeous, thick and long hair most of my life, so when menopause hit, my hair did a complete 180. I'm not exaggerating. I've spent the past 2 years researching and trying everything I can afford (supplements, shampoos and conditioners, serums) and nothing, absolutely nothing has worked. Devastated doesn't begin to describe how I feel. When I saw the Forbes article on menopause hair care products that actually work I decided that Keranique, which had a 'very good' as the rating, would be my best bet since I've exhausted my funds trying to get it back to where it was. It doesn't even grow anymore but it still gets split ends so you do the math. Imagine my surprise when at first my total was $39.95 for the trial then I went to the payment and the sales tax went from zero to $2.80 which is no big deal but they took out NOT $42.75, they took out $42.55 and declined me. Yet they took my money out of my bank account. Then where it said my total was $39.95 it suddenly said that my total was $42.75 which was 20 cents more than what they took out. I had more than enough money for that 20 cents so that raised a massive red flag. I screenshot everything, and I mean everything, including the first time when it said $39.95 (luckily I thought of that just in case) then when they took the money out yet declined me, then where it suddenly said $42.75 was my total. That was enough for me to call my bank, stop payment and just sit and wallow in my hair issues. I will definitely not risk trusting this company for anything.

Love the shampoo and conditioners
Love the shampoo and conditioners, they smell great and last a long time. The conditioner makes it so easy to ge the snarls out. However, I took the Kerinique vitamins for 4 yrs,have been using your products for 8 yrs, and my hair is still so thin I'm practically bald!

Continued daily use—twice a day—is usually needed for at least 4 months to start noticing regrowth, and for best results, it can take 6 months up to a year. In the meantime, our other products help support healthy hair and improve hair thickness. We appreciate your patience and continued use.
Canceling is a nightmare!
I ordered their introductory product. I tried it for 2 shipments. It was too much product and not enough results for me personally. I'm not reviewing on the validity of the product, but rather the outrageousness of not being able to cancel! I canceled in June of this year after signing up in April. I was charged in June and returned the product that was shipped for a refund. Never received my refund and now I'm being charged again. However, when I try to log into their website, it asks for an invoice number. I don't have one on hand bc I thought I was done. So, I put in my email address...they state they don't have me in their system with ANY of my emails. I find that very odd, especially since they are still charging my account over $50. I emailed customer support, AGAIN, so we shall see! Beware!
