I bought this product in March 2022. Buy 1 and get one fee. They sent a completely different product x 2 and charge me for two. I immediately sent it back and asked for a refund of £135.98. It is now 18 months later and I am still asking for my refund. I have phoned dozens of time and every time I get the same response, I will refund in the next couple of weeks. Please don’t buy this product.

Purchased goods in March 2022 returned them by recorded delivery within a couple of days. Still waiting for my £212 despite numerous emails and calls. Would not touch them with a barge pole.

Absolute scam. Do not purchase. Bought a product, they sent a different product, I returned it. Haven’t seen a refund. No complaints procedure, no ombudsman details, return address is a post office box. AVOID THE HASSLE.

I ordered mine back in Feb 22 received a confirmation that my order was shipped. Still waiting, ignoring my emails & fobbing me off when I called. In my experience I would recommend to stay clear of this company.

Purchased a product for £33 ish and they debited my account of £218.70. Cancelled the order still took the money. Called the company and was told they cancel and not take the money. If so they would refund my account within 24-48 hours. 72 hours and five calls later still no show of the refund and now after another phone call was told 5-7 working days. Fraudulent company do not touch them

The only thing I lost was the money out of my bank account. How can Holly promote this con I do not understand?

AVOID!!! If I could, I would give this product no stars. The product claims to have no side effects, and yet once you receive your order you're told about 'keto flu' that can last for weeks. Also, this product contains caffeine, which might not agree with all people. I felt that the product wasn't for me and returned the item after phoning customer service. Six weeks later I am still waiting for a refund and my emails are being ignored. AVOID!!!

0rdered free trial at £48. Found out they’d charged me £48 and then took another £198. Contacted credit card company and they reimbursed me, pending enquiries. Just heard company said they were despatched via courier and they had proof I’d received them, giving tracking number. Went on couriers website, put in tracking number and it came up as waiting for goods. Ordered 13 Feb allegedly received on 15th. Two days to come from America. Yeah right. Told credit card I hadn’t received them and sent tracking details. Total scam.

DO NOT BE FOOLED 100% SCAM. Took an initial payment of £29.00 (this was all it was supposed to be) then a further payment of £179.00 without authorisation. DO NOT ORDER . You have been warned.

Charged £212 for fake tablets advertised as £38!

This company also manages to put out top hits on google to back up their claims when in fact the tablets and the websites are all fake - they contain vitamins and collagen - nothing to do with Keto diets or weight loss.

Emails are not answered nor are the phone numbers despite the slip of paper advising received with the parcel that if you wish to return within 30 days to contact them!

The return address shown on the packaging does not exist on the Royal Mail website so do not return the tablets.
Instead notify your credit card company that you wish to make a charge back and you will be covered due to the distant selling regulations .
I got a full refund of £212 within ten days .

Absolute con. Overcharged at checkout to tune of £198 then when I returned the goods unopened and in same condition as received and after numerous emails back and forth I was offered a refund of only £148 due to costs of repackaging and restocking each bottle at a cost of £10 per bottle. This is a totally disgusting way to treat people who buy stuff in good faith. How are these people allowed to get away with it.

Absolutely rubbish after 1 weeks I actually weigh more and I've eaten healthy and reduced my intake. They also charge you more than they say as once you checkout you suddenly find you didn't get buy one get one free and end up paying nearly £200 for crap.

Completely scammed my mum out of nearly £300 for something she should have paid £49 for. Disgusting and have reported to trading standards and the ombudsman. This website needs shutting down......if you dont believe me look at all the other reviews on here! Shocking!!

Going to use the words thieves,that's because they are.frauds is another word I will use.liars is another.i stupidly took up there offer of buy one get one free 67.99.upon checking my account I was charged 197.00.at this moment iam unsuccesfull in ringing them and they won't answer emails.why are these ppl not in jail?

Scam. Ordered 2 pots with the promise of 2 free (£84) and ended up getting charged £171. The person in their “customer service” department just claims that the line is breaking up and they can’t hear you to get your order on the screen. I wish wish wish I had gone with my gut, I feel so stupid to have fallen for this! I kind of knew it was a scam and didn’t listen to my gut (and even worse, didn’t read the reviews) I just saw daily mail, holly willobooby and dragons den. What a fool! DO NOT BUY!!

Ordered this product the offer buy one get one free 59.99 they took that from my account then took another £159.99 but rang and they said that there is nothing they can do as it company policy to do this so you can get the full effect as one bottle is not enough I would like to try it first

Purchased special offer this morning at £35, however I received an email with an invoice and seem to have been charged £212.

I contacted my credit card company as the contact number on the email does not exist and I have had no response from the emails I have sent.

I luckily got a screen shot of the checkout price before entering my card details, and my cc company have advised that this is fraudulent behaviour. I will be taking this further! Just wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Absolutely shocking company! Steer clear.

Keto max powder, please don’t buy, it tells you one price of £28.99 and charged me for 5 bottles £201.79, tried contacting them again and again to ask for refund nothing. There is only email address you can try and contact them nothing else, this is a SCAM
