Is very good but could improve
The case and material are pretty good, the strap has excellent quality.
But the screws are too fragile, breaks easily or get stuck in the case

Give this a 3 star
Give this a 3 star. It feels/looks great and good quality. Only issue I have is that the pin that connects the strap to the buckle comes out very easily when trying to put the watch on. I'm also not a huge fan of the buckle design, very awkward putting the watch on but that could just be me

Great watch strap but bad after sale service
I like the design and quality. But what I don’t like is difficult assembly and there is no physical store to help and offer repairs. Especially at this price range, you guys should have one. My strap have two screws broken and struck inside, but sadly no one can help.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service, had some issues with some screws, and they kindly sent replacements and a special screw driver without any charge. I’ve had it for a month now and the quality is good, no scratches or signs of wear.

Product photo on the website and real is too different, it’s not worth for the money. It’s difficult Chinese item. Don’t trust this , i got just 3 weeks back and i exprienced, in fact the watch lock got repaired with in 2 weeks. Very bad.

Really happy with the Apple Watch case
Really happy with the Apple Watch case. Excellent quality and easy to assemble. The rubber cover for the watch didn’t work so good but a minor issue overall. Customer service was great. A buckle was missed when shipping and they very quickly fixed the problem. I will be buying another case.
