Description says that it fits to size with Apple Watch series 8… it does not fit to size when I put the watch in. Very disappointing to say the least.

This is my second purchase, I got the band in white and this is outstanding—a real show stopper. Too many compliments to mentions.

The goods took some time to arrive.
The product is very heavy and scratches very fast so look old after a few days

It’s not easy to assemble/disassemble the watch onto the watch band. The screws in the back are very small and the screw driver would easily scratch the side, leaving scratch marks. While one may want to buy more than one watch band for variety, the difficulty in assembling and disassembling the watch from the watch band would discourage making such frequent changes - hence no more purchases.

The Apple watch crown is not functional after mounting it into the case. So the whole thing is basically useless! Don’t buy it!

Very responsive to customer needs. I needed a replacement screw for my case and received it in a timely manner in-spite of the overseas address. Refreshing for an internet based company that mostly advertises on social media. Well made and high quality product at a premium price that is worth it in my opinion. Wilson in customer service is an asset to the company and the reason I gave this excellent review. Refreshing in this faceless’ impersonal and “bot/AI driven” era we’re currently in. I doubt he was a bot but soon we’ll never know…….😕

Took some time to receive, so order as early as possible if there’s a date you need to meet. Build quality is wonderful. Carbon fiber case is really nice. Band is comfortable. Only complaint is I can’t use the ECG feature when the Apple Watch is in the case. Don’t know if there’s a model that allows this function to work.

I appreciate that a company representative checked with me when I ordered just the band and not he case with it. I was looking for a replacement band aand it is just as amazing as the original one.

Small pieces are falling off watch face on case after not even a week of wearing. Requested a refund. Was told technical support would reach out. Have not been contacted.
