Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They made mistake in order, didn’t feel sorry and it took many email exchanges for them to do the smallest effort. I’m not satisfied and will never by from them again.

Says Shipped but still not received.
I ordered the Titan Case on November 1, 2022. I still have not received it despite shipping indicated 7-10 working days. It’s been 13 working days and still no watch. It looks like a cool watch case and I will update if it ever received. Tracking number doesn’t tell me anything either.
Updated - Kewusuma replied on this site to my review, but still has not even responded to my email sent to their customer service before I posted this review.
11-25-22 and still no watch case. 🤯
Still no response from customer support either.

Bad equipment
Parts don’t fit they fall out once installed you can’t push them in like the instructions say to connect bc they keep falling out. Overall it not a good purchase due to installation.
