There is no transparency to this system once you have put the information in you hear nothing more from the company. Having used canopy previously and able to sign up and see the process it is much more reassuring. This is especially important if communication from the letting agent isn't always forthcoming.

Small bit of advice that they tell you this at the beginning have everything ready before you start the process because I had to keep going back because I wasn't prepared, but it is a simple process.

Terrible form to navigate. Leaves no space for explaining your circumstances or giving full details on bank accounts. I have done it twice and not received a result once!

This was my first time using this service… and it really was far better than i was expecting, very straightforward, painless… and all the checks and references completed in less than 24 hours, which I think is exceptional.

They are not self employed friendly have taken 50k profit since the start of the financial year (a few months ago since posting) claim they need my tax return which hasnt been done yet and wouldnt proceed unless i give them my accountants details which i dont need an accountant so i wont have, link bank accounts they say i have 0 income what an absolute joke of a company
