Never in my life have I had so much trouble over a web order. Three months ago I ordered 2nd generation 'airpods.' When they arrived it became apparent that they didn't work. When connected to my phone the airpods would cut out every split second so it was like listening to music on the end of a phone with bad service. As well as this the battery on one airpod would run out within a matter of hours and would not charge in the case unless the case was on charge, even when the case itself was fully charged. I reported this, returned the goods and agreed to accept a replacement hoping that these ones would work. Shock horror, they didn't. The connection between the airpods and my phone was just as bad. To make sure it wasn't an issue with my phone I checked its bluetooth connectivity with other bluetooth devices like a speaker or my car and there were no issues. I reported this again, all within the 90 days warranty, and demanded a refund. They said I would need to return the airpods before I could get a refund, which I did. When I followed up on the return I was told that it was not their policy to issue refunds and that they would be sending me another pair of airpods. I explained that I would continue to send back the airpods until they gave me my refund. I was then told by someone called James that I was now outside of my 90 day warranty, I wasn't, and because of this they couldn't help me any further. All my email exchanges with James were as inconsistent as the one prior and it was glaringly obvious that they have no idea how to handle this situation. I then phoned up, sick to death of the emails back and forth, and spoke to someone called John who immediately told me that I would be getting a refund. I obviously had no faith in this so I had planned to phone up in a weeks time to check that the refund had been actioned. In the meantime, I then received a refund for £5040 instead of £50.40. Some poor soul in their accounts department couldn't find the decimal place. Within 24 hours they were on the phone demanding I send the money back that day, which I was always going to do, but they couldn't seem to understand the irony of them now chasing me for money. Of course, no bank will allow you to send nearly £5k to any old account so I had to spend my saturday on the phone to the bank figuring out how to send this money back. From start to finish this order has been an absolute joke, the customer service is non existent and I can't stress how much the cost savings just aren't worth it. Three months later I still have no airpods.

The Apple compatible ear buds arrived early and where a good price and are excellent.

I ordered some AirPods which arrived very quickly. There were som initial teething problems, however as these are refurbished Its not unlikely. The customer service was excellent and a replacement was organised very quickly. Now I have an excellent pair of headphones and am very happy.

Great service. Really fast delivery. Grandson loves his 2nd generation air pods for iphone, for his 15th birthday. Really pleased. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend.

FAKE AirPods !! Trading standards needs to get rid of these scammers. Dealing in fake goods in the uk. Shameful. Find a real job, instead of wasting people’s time. What did you think that I’ll receive them and think oh, let me keep these £10 fake Chinese headphones advertised as 3rd generation ? 🤮🤮🤮

After buying a dozen cheap knock off leads from various places, these have been a salvation! 2m leads and they charge my phone rapidly! Received on the day shown on my order and I couldn’t be happier.

Ordered Apple Air Pods, 2nd Generation. Price was reduced to £54 from over £100 so seemed like a genuine deal. Product arrived and I received some cheap fake Chinese earphones...definitely not what I ordered. After calling and emailing many times and getting no answer I finally got a response to tell to send back. Sent the product back on the 17th...then silence. It is now 21st and they are still saying they have not received my returned item. Absolute joke of a Company.

I saw a few really good reviews about the KF Knife sharpener and it certainly lived up to my expectations. It's easy to use and safe because if has a suction pad that sticks to a work surface, and means that you have both hands free and can use it safely with no fear of cutting yourself. In addition it's very compact and easy to store in a drawer. They also had a great offer on the pro version which was cheaper than the price of the standard one elsewhere. What's not to like!
