Finn & Sarah have been incredibly helpful at the Allington branch. Finn showed me around a property and he got back to me within a day with any questions I had. Sarah has been so helpful by also getting back to me with any queries super quick !

Had a valuation through KHP a couple weeks ago via the allington branch, everyone was helpful and understanding of my situation, even though i have decided to not sell my property at its current stage if i was to do so i would definitely choose country homes.

Horrible little man who thinks he has the god given right to remove other estate agents boards just because we went with another agency instead of his. Claiming he had sole agency rights to the whole development. Nothing but a bully who throws his toys out the pram is not given his own way

I have dealt with many estate agents in the past but the service I received from Sara during the appraisal of my house superceded them all. She is professional but at the same time, has an excellent human touch. I feel well informed and equipped to make a decision regarding the sale. She is an asset to KHP. Thank you.

Conscientious, attentive service with amazing communication and a super-fast sale. I had to sell my late father’s house through probate which I honestly thought was going to be a nightmare (on top of all the other challenges that go with a relative passing). But Louise, Toby, Natalia and Denise were fantastic, all playing their part in the listing, sale and progression to completion. I’ve bought and sold before and found it to be the worst, but these guys were genuinely the best! Would recommend to anyone.

After trying other estate agents in the area to sell my property that over promised and definitely under delivered, i was recommended to give Kings Hill Country Homes, West Malling a try. The lovely Louise came and valued my property and very quickly had my house on the market. Once we had a buyer and completed chain, Megan took over the progression, working closely with Louise in keeping me up to speed. Fantastic service from Be Chapman at KHP. She really took the time to understand what kind of property we were looking for. She then gave us completely honest appraisals of the properties on offer and whenever something suitable would come up, she would made sure we had the details asap. Her opinion on the price of properties was spot on and always very sensible. She made house hunting unusually enjoyable and I would happily recommend her services to anyone in the market.
