I would highly recommend the West Malling branch of KHP Country Homes .From the outset Nick’s valuation and package of service set the bar high; Claire’s photos and work to produce the brochure showed off my home perfectly.The following team of Sally ,Caroline ,Louise and Georgie were particularly supportive with their professionalism,knowledge and regular updates as the sale progressed ; along with the purchase of my next home.Liaison and communication with all parties was always evident throughout the process , which I was very grateful for ,resulting in successful completion all round ! We are a local plumbing and heating company who work closely with this letting agency and its always been a positive experience when dealing with Kings Hill Properties. The team are highly professional and are always on hand to make sure every job runs as smoothly as possible for all parties involved. Thank you to the team but in particular India and Be (who we work closely with) for being so approachable and attentive.

Very impressed, property was put on the market within a day or so, that weekend 5 viewings and 3 offers, two of which were over the asking price. The best offer was accepted and everything went smoothly without any hiccups. All staff very friendly and helpful, questions answered professionally and quickly, phones always answered promptly n a professionally welcome. I would definitely recommend using.

Caroline was the best for Communication & made the experience as less stressful.

We put our house on the market and we’re a bit concerned the asking price was a bit too much but Nik the manager assured us our house was at the right price . Brad and Julie kept us fully up to date with every booking and enquiry re our house and Brad accompanied any visitors to our house
( much more professional than the the numerous estate agents we used to view houses in our search for a property )
Within 3 days and numerous phone calls from Brad we had a number of bids for our house well in excess of the asking price, we have now exchanged with no issues and would Recomend KHP to get the maximum price for your house as they really do know the market especially with professional anf friendly support from Brad and Julie

We were with another large estate agent in the area and didn't get a single viewing in 5 months, even deciding to drop the asking price to try and help generate interest.

As a buyer of a new build property sold by KHP I found the team at the West Malling office fantastic. Responsive, helpful and a delight to deal with. A special mention must go to Georgia who was always so pleasant on the phone and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance with all my questions! Also, to Caroline who was informative, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend KHP WM without reservation.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish from all of the team at the Snodland branch.
Unfortunately our sale fell through due to dishonesty from an estate agent further down the chain. This just made us realise what a gem KHP are. They go above and beyond expectations and when we decide to relist our property we will have no hesitation to use KHP again.

Caroline from the West Malling branch deserves a special mention. Patient, calm, communicative, friendly and empathetic – everything you need at the sales progression stage to keep the chain moving and avoid things falling through. I would say she saved the day a few times! You’re in good hands if she’s taking care of you.
