Do not buy from this company!!! I bought a chain and a bracelet. Upon receiving my items, I took the chain out of the plastic wrapping which was impossible to take off to start with. When I did manage to take it off I wanted to try it on to see if it suits me. I couldn’t try it on without taking the plastic wrapping off as the hook and the clasp were inside the wrapping. Once I tried it on, it didn’t suit me and felt like cheap material, very light in weight. I didn’t bother taking the wrapper of the bracelet as I wanted to keep the set of it suited me. I asked for a refund for both items and the first question ‘Alex’ asked me was if the ‘protective’ wrapping was still on to see if it was eligible for a refund. I explained I had to take the wrapping off to try it on otherwise how else was I going to try it on. He responded with it is no longer new as it came out of the protective wrapping, and therefore not eligible for a refund. I then told him the bracelet hasn’t been touched and still in protective wrapping to which he responded with this applies to the whole order and nothing can be refunded. I then pointed him towards my consumer rights after which he reluctant agreed to a refund for the bracelet only. When asked about a return slip he told me I had to buy one myself and return to someone called ‘Seb’ and gave me a home address??? Not even a company address!!! I didn’t bother sending anything back as I believed he would not give me my refund and tell me he didn’t receive items. They wrap it in so called protective wrapping so once you take off (which you obviously will to try on) they know you are trapped and cannot return. Very sly. Save yourself and look at a reputable company, learn from my mistake.
