My son ordered a chain from them was sent to wrong address and after multiple emails they just stopped responding and even after it being returned to them by the lady who’s address they sent it to they still won’t reply

Firstly we want to say we are very sorry about your experience, however we must state that we played our part in dispatching your order as quickly as possible and ensured the quality was top quality throughout. Unfortunately your son entered the wrong address as the shipping address, therefore the parcel was delivered to a different location. We tried our best in resolving the situation by getting in touch with our courier, and retreiving the parcel to redispatch or refund your order. We still haven't received the returned parcel from the address which is why we can't offer a refund/exchange. Also to add to this, our returns policy is valid for 7 days upon arrival to an address, it has been over 7 days so with regards to our policy it would state we are no longer liable. However, if we do receive it we will issue you an instant refund to help resolve the issue. If you could please understand the situation on our behalf it would be much appreciated.

Great experience with Khral! Their customer support team is amazing, within 20 minutes my enquiry was solved. My parcel arrived today and I was blown away by the quality of everything for the price I paid. Excellent cuban chain and bracelet
Saw Khral from TikTok and decided to give it a buy. Got the 6mm cuban bracelet and 8mm gold cuban chain. Really impressed with the quality of the chain and the packaging was of very premium material. The attention to detail was also very precise… i really like the logo. Will be getting more pieces from here!

I bought this chain along with the matching 8mm bracelet, when the parcel was delivered I was devastated to see it had been opened and the bracelet had been stolen! I messaged Khral and they immediately sent me out a new one and couldn’t apologise enough! They also offered me the choice of something different for the same price I got free shipping and also everything I could have asked for in regards to customer service! Thank you so much you made my fiancés birthday extra special with these gorgeous pieces!
