Such an excellent delivery of my fridge-freezer! And
within 2 days of buying it! Shaun and Stuart were cheerful and charming the whole time.
They didn’t complain at the awkward entrance which meant carrying for quite a distance along the road and the very awkward manoeuvring inside the house.
The fridge-freezer works brilliantly.

very easy to deal with and book appointment. Matthew and his colleague arrived on site on time carried out annual pump testing and updated our electrics to current regulations in a professional manner leaving everything tidy on completion.

Covid rules were followed throughout. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

As usual, a highly professional and competent job undertaken by Stephen Barnes who I would highly recommend. No matter how tricky the job may be, he is calm and reassuring and always has a can-do attitude. I have a large project coming up later this year and will need Stephen's expertise once again.

Lloyd came and looked at the building and our burglar alarm system, and said the system was adequate for our purposes. K&B have quoted for a maintenance contract, as we don't have one, but I was impressed that they did not try and sell us something we don't need.

We had the electrics checked today in one of our rental properties. Matthew and his partner were thorough, efficient and took the time to explain what remedial work was required to make the property safe. The work was then carried out, all in all, a very positive experience. Thankyou.

Can't thank Kings and Barnhams enough! On phoning their office with an urgent electrical fault I was informed that all of the engineers were busy ( to be expected at such short notice) but they would try their hardest to get somebody to me that day. Just over an hour later I had a call from the engineer (Paul) who said he was on his way. On arriving he promptly found the source of the fault and turned me on! Excellent service .

Can't fault the service provided. We had an electrician called Paul who came out to inspect the electrics in our rental property. The work was completed quickly and very tidy, at a very reasonable price. We would definitely use him again.

Dealt with Nigel Emmerson and Anna Rivers over a fire alarm issue. 1st Class service from both. Highly recommend this company.

Had problem with underfloor heating controller. It was cutting out & spur box was getting hot. Engineer Matthew arrived promptly on the Monday & ascertained problem was in controller back box. Recommended new controller & spur box. He replaced spur box & I ordered new complete controller via Amazon which was delivered late Wednesday. Contacted K&B Thursday & booked return visit for Tuesday. Engineer Steven phoned next day, (Friday) to say that due to a cancellation, he would be with us within an hour. He fitted controller & saved us freezing over the weekend. Many thanks guys - excellent service! Both engineers were very pleasant, knowledgeable & they respected all covid proceedures. I've used K&B several times over the years & have no hesitation in recommending them.
