Amazingly helpful and patient support this evening from Matthew on the phone after my elderly mother lost all power at home. He talked us through how to troubleshoot the problem for no charge. And once we identified the appliance which had caused the problem he was able to refer us to someone who could repair it. Unusual to see service like this these days! Excellent.

Absolutely brilliant service. My washing machine broke down on Sunday. It couldn’t have happened at a worse time as I was expecting visitors and had bed linen and towels to wash. I went straight to King’s and Barnhams in Holt at 9am on Monday morning. Shaun and Stuart helped me find a Bosch machine to suit my budget, delivered and fitted it within one hour! By 9.55am on Monday morning I had a fully fitted brand new washing machine. They also disposed of the old one. Just goes to show that local is best and especially best in a crisis!

Always use Kings and Barnhams experts in solving and rectifying alarm faults which is very rare engineer was very helpful nothing was too much trouble alarms serviced and tested and new part installed excellent service and good price would recommend

Matthew from Kings Barnham installed external wall lights an outside socket for my husband and I several days ago. We were very reassured & impressed by his professionalism together with his courteous manner.

Great service from Kings and Barnhams. Darren in the shop was really helpful and arranged for a replacement electric cooker for us. Just had our electrics sorted out by Kings and Barnhams. We could not fault the care, attention, tidiness and politeness shown by Ashley and Jake. Ashley, in particular as he did one day on his own, did a really excellent job.
