Tried to hack my Facebook account....
Tried to make an account with Klika to make a purchase and had a request from Facebook asking for a code to reset my password on behalf of Klika! Why would they need to reset my facebook password to make an account through them? Super dodgy, I would avoid at all costs and never link them to your accounts for anything to avoid being hacked.
2 weeks after order
2 weeks after order. Item not dispatched yet. Blaming courier and supplier. Shady company. Beware of positive reviews on other sites
Terrible Delivery Service
I have been waiting 4 weeks for a delivery. Today it is still under investigation with the carrier who have managed to locate 6 of the 20 parcels. Also, Klika have not as yet committed to when they will replace the missing order.
I would absolutely hesitate about buying anything from them again.

Before buying from Klika, read these reviews! On purchase, estimated delivery time (Sydney metro) was 2-5 days. Three weeks later, and still, we have no idea when our items will be arriving. Even taking into account COVID-related delays, this simply can't be explained. What's worse is the complete lack of communication re delivery. Most carriers will send text or email updates, but with Klika's carrier - Hunter Express - we get nothing. I have been phoning Klika's customer support daily to chase this, and they can never give me an answer as to when our items will arrive. I queried getting my money back. Their refund policy ensures this simply isn't an option. We have to pay to return the goods, and they charge a 30% re-shelving fee! In our case, this would be around $250!
Read these reviews before making any decisions. Can't comment on the product itself, because we still don't have it. Bitterly disappointed.
Parts Missing - instructions woeful
Parts Missing. Instructions are terrible. I have spent 2 days grapling with this and about to give up and go to bunnings and buy a different kit
klika sent a video, that did not deal with how to set up the garden shed. I have built before. Never have I had to give up. Like I have with this kit. Dont buy from them. I have now spend 5 days with this kit

I loved how it only took two weeks of chasing them to get my couch delivered. It is important to mention that I lived 30 minutes away from their warehouse, maybe distance was an issue. The staff was very friendly though and I did feel that they tried their best to assist me. Thank you. Couch looks nice but it doesn't feel like great quality but it was cheap. You get what you pay for. When it finally arrived they left it in the building next door and I found out about about it because a neighbour told me it was blocking their door. Did I mention they they came on a Saturday opened the truck doors to find out they forgot to bring the couch or that they offered a refund for delivery that never happened? They get -4 stars and 5 stars for staff you don't deserve.

So bitterly disappointed.. purchased a refurbished iPad 1 month prior for my father’s birthday to get him used to technology last December but due to fires and evacuations plus Covid this unit was not used properly until about August & only lasted about 4 months with minimal use and phoned Apple & Private repairer who think it is in need of a lcd repair??? Klika will not come to the party with replacement and I have explained the circumstances.
Very poor quality trampoline
Very poor quality trampoline. Instructions made no sense. Screws didn't fit. Net all baggy. Matt, basketball hoop and net all broken or torn within first fortnight. Sent photos and videos and everything they asked but still no refund. Even video sent showing my child bouncing and how little bounce there was. My kids refusing to use it. Don't buy from them.

I bought a rower and weights from Klika, both were faulty out of the box, screws that didn't fit or were missing from the packaging. Expensive chinese junk with no QA.

Buyers beware! Tried but a couch and the company they use are pathetic and it is honestly not worth the hassle! Both companies so far are useless! The more people that know this the better! What a waste of my time and efforts! Wouldn’t even give 1 star if it was possible!
Powertrain Home Gym 4700… 0/10 would not recommend!
I bought the Powertrain Home Gym 4700 from Klika a few months ago.
When I received the 5 boxes I found that there were over 20 parts missing from it's contents. I reached out to the Klika customer support team and they dispatched the parts over a week later.
The instructions are all online and are terrible. They are not scaled correctly and are outdated with some parts no longer existing or being replaced.
After several hours/days of putting together the gym, it was very apparent that it was lacking of any semblance of quality.
I was unable to perform half of the exercises claimed by the product without impingement or the whole gym moving uncontrollably or even tipping.
At this point I decided the gym was simply unusable as I could only do 2 or 3 exercises on the gym properly and even those were not optimal due to the poor pulleys which were shipped in a mangled state meaning the cables would not move smoothly.
I reached out to Klika customer support and demanded a full refund stating that it was unable to do a large number of the claimed exercises, providing video and photo proof. They said they could either give a minimal refund of approximately 1/6 of the originally purchased price and retain the goods or box up the gym myself and have it collected without refund.
I then explained to them under consumer law the product was not meeting it's advertised capabilities and that I was demanding a full refund. They were then agreeable that they would send a courier to pick up the boxes once I had packed the gym up and offer a full refund.
All in all a terrible experience, however, I did receive a full refund. I did lose a lot of my time between building the gym set and back and forthing with customer support. But I did gain something - knowledge that I should never purchase from this company again.
Abysmal service from this company
Abysmal service from this company. Klika have failed to honour a valid warranty claim I have been pursuing for 12 months now on a faulty electric wood splitter I purchased. They have repeatedly failed to follow up on my e-mail enquiries and have not responded to enquiries made for me by Consumer Affairs Victoria. Do not deal with this company. Do not trust this company.

Ordered a flaw chair on the 18th was garunteed delivery by the 23rd and item never showed even the tracking still says the same thing shipping information approved . Don't buy from this dodgy company .

I've had nothing but a great experience from Klika. Same day dispatch, products delivered intact and on time. Would highly recommend.
Bad Product being covered in name of Customer Policy
I bought this sofa bed online and chose to collect myself.
Once assembled I noted the zipper / slider was broken.
On informing them of damage they asked me to get it fixed myself for partial refund,
which I did not accept.
Later they told me that I have to send sofabed to their warehouse to get it replaced or get refund.
In Australia cost of carrying this 30KG, 2 mtr X 1.5 mtr X 1 mtr item will cost me atleast $ 200.
This is good but Dirty trick to avoid issues faced due to lack of quality control
Now they dont even followup or get in touch.

You can’t track your delivery after it goes “onforward” so unless you can stay home for 5 days, it’s going to bounce back to depot. For me it was a 120klm round trip. Do not trust these Fwits.
