I ordered a ring - the sizing was wrong. They use a very archaic way of measuring your finger for a size - a piece of paper and a tape measure! Asked for a full refund - they refused offering me different ways of paying for the ring. In the end they wanted me to send the ring back to Hong Kong which would have cost £36 - I refused and eventually went through my bank for a charge back. They are still hounding me - offering me a discount for a ring I don't want. When I ordered the ring I was under the impression the company was based in the UK - this is clearly not the case.

1 star as i am unable to give 0! Awful company. Ordered a smart ring. I cant use it, sizing is poor. Requested a refund the evening it was delivered. Offered to let me keep the ring (which i am.unable to use) and a 3% refund or i could replace it with another one at an 80% discount. I started a chargeback as they are very difficult to deal with. 15% charge for handling fees and a 20% charge for reselling your item if you send it back. I wish I had checked trustpilot before purchasing. Very disappointing as the ring was recommended and it was what I wanted as a non subscription service. Dont bother! The company does not prompt customers to give feedback for a reason!

Absolutely horrendous customer service! I bought their smart ring - what a waste of money - really bad quality, battery life nonexistent, kept disconnecting from the app and measuremets we not accurate to say the least!
I have emailed them asking to return it for a full refund - the amount of hoops I have been asked to jump through... eventually they said send it back at your own expense, it will take around a month to process, and we will charge you magic handling fees... That is not legal, my friend, so I went to my bank and disputed it! Got my refund in 1h! NOW if they want the ring back - they can send me a pre-paid shipping label :)

Worst company I have ever used, paid full price for a ring that does not work. Sent back 2 months ago at my own expense and still not refunded. Very rude on email. Going to ombudsman next as no way to escalate a concern and no complaints policy.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is without a doubt the worst experience i've ever had with customer service. My daughter was gifted a $110 microscope for her birthday. It was broken when we received it. More than that it was not high quality like we hoped. You can find the same one elsewhere for $25. This is a total scam. After emailing customer service and asking for a full refund because they sent a defective product. I was told I could have a 3% refund and they would send a new one right away. I replied I wanted a full refund. They said I would have to send the product back at my cost plus a huge restocking fee ALL FOR A FREAKING BROKEN PRODUCT! They finally offered me a 10% refund and a new product that I feel like I have to settle for after a month of haggling and trying to find someone else to talk with. Truly the worst possible experience A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER.

The ring size is not match with my measure, so I request for return and refund. Klynn only offer 3% of refund or buy another pair with 80% off. Customer right is not protected as I can't use the ring if the size is not match.
