I have never seen a delivery service as worst as Konga, i ordered a product from them and they delivered a substandard product (makari sunscreen) for a very high price that’s not all, I decided to order another laptop usb cord from them and for the past one week it hasn’t been delivered, I keep calling their customer service and lies upon lies, at first one told me it arrived in lag on Monday and it’s an anomaly, another then told me it was shipped from Abj and it has arrived and they are contacting the dispatch now another just told me that it was shipped from kano and it just came today, these people are bunch of liars and scammers, all time and effort wasted in waiting for a product to arrive.

I am never using this service again
And would definitely not Recommend.

So far not had issues using Konga. Straight forward and although in case of a return, one must take it to their office, it's still a fair deal.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM KONGA! I ordered and paid online for a blender on their portal three months ago, I still don’t have the blender or my refund!

I ordered a power bank and android phone charger on 11th March to be delivered to a recipient in Abuja. Every morning, from the 20th March to 30th March I received an email notification stating the items will be delivered on the day the email notification was sent. Finally, today the recipient confirmed delivery of a box of nails. (Yes, a box of nails but no hammer) I laughed my head off but the recipient was livid. Trustpilot, you should allow a zero star rating. I guess the 1 star rating goes for completing the delivery, albeit wrongly.

Don't do it. No matter how desperate you are, don't. I needed to replace my HP stylus for my pavilion x360 quickly for work. I saw this stuff on jumai but it was coming from abroad, and I could not wait that long. I went on konga to buy, they sent me a fake HP stylus. I was not even some universal stylus from china that works onall laptops so that I can cool my heart and manage to finish my work. It did not work. I tried to return it. Even after returning, money, I did not get, stylus, I did not get. One month later and I am still being ghosted..

I wish I could rate them zero star because they don't deserve a star at all. This is not the first time I've been buying things from Konga. Although, they have really poor service but I have been managing them for a while. It has really gotten to my nerves this time, that's why I'm writing a review. I bought something from Konga in January but I had to return it because the product was different for what I ordered. I asked for a refund but the money was refunded in my konga wallet. So, I decided to withdraw the money to my bank account. This withdrawal was made on February 1st, and until now Konga hasn't credit my bank account. I have called their customer care several times but they keep telling me the same thing. The most annoying thing right now is that when I call them to complain and they hear my name, they just drop the call on me. Nah, I will never recommend konga to anyone. Jumia has far better service.

Konga cancelled my order when one of their sellers failed to deliver my order. Then I asked Konga for a refund to my bank account. For over 2 weeks, Kuda has been giving me silly excuses why they are unable to pay the money. Their customer services keep telling lies on their Whatsapp chats and emails each time I ask for my refund. I attached screenshots here as evidence.

I probably got a 3d massager that was used and returned. There was even a note in the pack which was squeezed and dirty.

I ordered a Mario galaxy for the past 5 days and till this moment there is no tracking number to confirm details of my order. Two days after the order, my initial order was cancelled only to be opened again with order number F933620121001 on the 21st december 2021. Several calls to both the supplier (JUST GAMES SOLUTION) and the contact centre proved abortive as they keep passing reason for not processing to the other. Customer care says probably the supplier does not have it in stock (if it is not in stock, why display it!?), the supplier claims its with Konga already. This is not the first time I am having such experience with the same supplier (JUST GAMES SOLUTION)... I have been calling the supplier since yesterday but he no longer pick my calls. I wont advise anyone to do business with this company... service delivery is indeed very poor!

Konga, sent me fake/inferiour, worst products. I complained and they asked me to return the products, I told them as soon as I opened the products and saw they were fakes I left them at the Konga office
They promised they will refund me my money. Next day they blocked me on WhatsApp. Blocked me everywhere so I could not reach them in anymore. Don't buy from Konga. They are THIEVES!

Not too bad, if you ask me. I just won't give 5 stars because they repeatedly refuse to deliver to my doorstep despite promising to do so on the order page

I bought an Xbox one video game. Assassins creed. It wasn’t even installing and had to return it that same day I got it. They wanted a video prof that the game fault was from the seller. Long story short the return and refund process took 2months before I finally got refunded. Too many wait 48hr responses to any questions I ask them. Warning you that anything you want to buy from Konga, take a video starting from collection of good from the delivery service to opening and use, that is your only defense or else you can keep dreaming about that stupid 7day return policy

If it's possible, Konga does not deserve any star for the nonsense they have done. I ordered for underwear diapers for women since the 16th of October and those people sent the product for men. Do you know that since then, I have not heard back from the seller of the product? And Konga are being non-chalant and pathetic about the whole issue. You will waste credit to call those people and no one will pick. Yet they claim to have helplines. Their customer service is the worst, I swear. Does someone have to shout before they can get products delivered? They have a zero rating from me abeg. Absolute trash.

As long as you get what you need it's ok, but for the premium, they charge over Jumia for the same product, trust me -- you are in for frustration in case there is an instance of refund/replacement. The WhatsApp helpline gives you auto-replies by a bot. No one replies to your mail and the whole replacement/refund thing is just a farce. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

I had a terrible experience shopping with konga, you deserve a zero 🌟, shopping with konga was a mistake and I will not let such mistake happen to my friends and families,staffs are unprofessional and rude,have been shopping with konga for a long time and the experience is not always good but the last one is worse,I purchased a rechargeable fan which cost 17,000 and it was not working at all I put a call through and they had to send the seller number, which is very ridiculous,so I started dealing with the seller directly and the seller had to send me their outlet address in Benin and I went there spending 1500 as TF,when I got to the outlet I realize they have moved out 2 years ago and they are still using the same address on there website,I was so disappointed because the journey was stressful carrying a fan in a public transport,I had to put a call through the customer service and the lady told me to hold on for 24 to 48 hours, just for her to give me the address of the new location,and I spoke with the seller and he told me to give it to an electrician,after which I was charged 5k and he said they were going to pay the money and now he said we are splitting the bills.i will never purchase anything from konga neither will my friends or anyone close to me,such a failure of a company.seeing all the products I bought from you reminds me of how terrible you people are..

Over 1year of having patronized konga, we go still dey carry go. I have never had a need to complain about any goods purchased. You guys are simply the best.

Konga is fraudulent! They claim to have a return policy, but when you get sub-standard products, they will protect their sellers by blaming the buyer, delaying the return with sily requests, then finally claiming that the return window has closed.

I bought a rechargeable fan sumec from konga, it was a bad experience. The fan was bending. Uptill now, i need to make it lay on an heavy objective. I called your customer care agent, he forwarded the number of seller to me that's not professional at all. I guess I bought from konga. I called the seller, number was switched off for days. Anyways, I guess that's my cross now. But I can't pay for any goods I didn't open from your delivery man any longer. If I can't check what I order before payment, than the delivery man can leave. The rechargeable fan was a mess
