What a terrible experience. Four days after placing my order, they still haven't shipped the item. I cancel the order and request a refund and 2 weeks later, I am still literally begging for my own money

So I ordered an I item 9 day ago and I still haven’t gotten it when I was checking out I was told 4-5 days if I knew it wouldn’t take this long I would’ve not bothered ordering from them.on the package tracking page it is showing it arrived at my state 3 days ago so I don’t understand why I haven’t been contacted for delivery. I even asked there customer service what was the problem they were so unhelpful they just said this “you will be contacted for delivery when the package is ready” that was 2 days ago I am so pissed cause I wanted to order from Jumia but I thought Konga wouldn’t be faster guess I was wrong. I jus Hope my order wouldn’t be cancelled after all this waiting

This people are just online scammers. Some of their products are not available or does not exist. Once you pay for it, they will cancel the order but your money, you will never get it back. Its better not to start anything with them in the first place to avoid crying like am crying now.

If there was 0 stars, or even negative, i would give them. I ordered an item 8 days ago, the dispatch number they gave me is not going through and the supervisor wont pick. This is the most useless online store ever, jiji did not give me any headache, same as Jumia, but this company decides to frustrate you as much as they want.

There's no need rating these scammers 1 star because they don't deserve it.. I've had series of experience with them but my last have been a something else. I ordered something else and was delivered a very substandard and totally different item. When I contacted then on returning it, they took 2 weeks to accept the return and credited my wallet.. then to withdraw from wallet to Bank have been over 2 weeks yet they keep telling me tails without any reason why I have not received my money.. I just wish they can shot them down

I think they should atleast learn from Jumia. I was send a bad item, and finally did a return and after then I requested a pay out to my bank account and it's 11days now yet they didn't say anything about it. A frustrated app bcos after paying for some items like office chair and table they called saying they can't ship the items bcos is more costly than what they displayed and I have to add additional #20,000. Is a bad site

if there was any score less than zero, i would have given it! First it was a hassle placing an order as their payment platform kept failing. finally went past that and they auto cancelled my order without telling me.
I call customer care and they say my order was being processed after 7 days! I then insisted on speaking with a supervisor before the representative told me that my order had been cancelled and my money refunded into their Konga wallet!
I paid from my account mind you. I demanded that the money be put back in my account and they said they could not initiate that transaction, only customers could. I have been trying to log in to initiate a refund and their website has been down undergoing maintenance for 2 days now!
Who does system impacting website maintenance on a week day for crying out loud??

Konga is a disaster as far as I am concerned. I will NEVER recommend, and NEVER again will I trust them with an order.

This site is selfish. I have used them as a seller as well as a buyer. As a seller, they don't care about you. Their pay on delivery thing is a good name they want to project at the expense of the seller. Buyers use this option and because they have nothing to lose, they fail to receive the item. then the item is returned to you and you lose logistics money and packaging costs. so I left. many fellow sellers left their platform for this and Konga does not care. if you send an email, all their response is an auto response message that keeps saying they want you to succeed.
As a buyer they are very hypocritical, treating you as if you matter until you fall into the mistake of being debited and the purchase you made didn't go through. Konga will ignore all your attempt to reach them. your messages will be ignored. No one will talk to you. I prefer shopping with Jumia. they are more transparent and reliable than this selfish and wicked company.

If it's possible to give 0 star, i will.

Well, I am yet to be dissatisfied but please check mate your sellers ensure they sell quality products. I just got Rose umbrella from Daughlas kitchen not impressive at all.. Yet ,the door mats very kool.

Konga Nigeria has been forced to pay my monies after 18days and reading its review post on trust pilot, I was called and asked to remove my initial post about their poor and maltreatment melted on their customers. Truth is that Konga has a very bad rating with most users because of uts merchants who are not checked but allowed to swindle customers via fake, wrong, inferior items knowing that Konga has a negative return policy for funds hence Konga would persuade uts customers to get such items from another Merchant. As I write to you, the two merchants that sold wrong items are still on the Konga site regardless of konga assuring that the mercants will be removed. Most fraudulent merchants are on konga and because of poor quality control check from konga, packed items are sent in broken forms and torn packages. This I witness at their Abuja Commerce plaza center warehouse. Staff looks unkept and lose and despatch personnels looked stinky and and ill mannered. Its shameful that with the new change at the head 9f Affairs, konga is still a shame to the business world. NEVER SHOULD A REASONABLE PERSON BUY ANYTHING USING KONGA because expect the worse. Same item was ordered from Jumia, in less than some days, I got goods well packed and neat. Despatch presentable.

I requested payout from my konga wallet since about 7 days now and I’m yet to get credited in my bank account …. I’m beginning to feel this konga is full of scam and fraud and they are trying to rip me off …. I will never be so foolish to trust them with my hard earned money ever again

Most sellers (98% of the sellers) on Konga advertises a big brand but ends up delivering to you a cheaper inferior brand. It is scamming. Konga should be held responsible for not checking the products that sellers sells to customers that it fit the description.

Its a platform where people come and sell fake and substandard products. Konga assists the sellers by frustrating u in not returning the product and not getting a refund. Bought a standing fan which came in and I could see was totally fake, requested a return immd and sent pictures but Konga frustrated the return process though I filed for a return within minutes of getting the defective fan.
Please do not and I repeat do not patronize this portal.

Konga.com isn't what I expected at all. I would have love to give them no star rating if I could. Their site is the worst site I have visited, it makes shopping frustrating and not enjoyable. If I click a product and I want to go back it won't go back or it would then take me to the beginning I'll now have to scroll to find where I stopped so annoying. Another issue is the shoe sizes, like why on earth would they not indicate if it is UK sizes or US sizes they would just put numbers like 10, 7, 6 so how am I to know? Would it cost them anything to indicate UK10 or US10?. Their customer see is horrible, I have been trying to contact them to ask if it's US or UK before I place my order but since I haven't been responded to, let me not even talk about their bot a very useless bot. Honestly seeing other people review I don't even care about what I intended buying I'll just go to Jumia so I won't experience the same horrible delivery services or poor product quality as them. Very Very jorrible delivery service in Port Harcourt. The stupid driver, Promise Wugate had an order I ordered at urgency for 3 days giving me flimsy excuses every single day and at the end of the day my order was never delivered. 0817 836 8003 this is his number. Telling me that he is meant to have closed work and he was tired. Very useless set of dispatch drivers. He never once called me on the 3rd day , I kept on waiting waiting and waiting for the nonentity waiting my credit and never got my order.

I wish to report a lady who claimed to be a staff of yours named Favor with phone number +234 706 589 5899. She was so rude &unprofessional and even hung up on me when I was trying to explain my plight on the order I received to her.
I ordered for a pendulum (order number: F890022568001) which was displayed as a stainless steel on the seller’s site.
I have two issues with the order received.
Firstly,What I received was a colorful pendulum which look like a childish toy as against the display picture of a one color stainless steel pendulum ball on the site.
Secondly, the item isn’t working. The item has a 2 battery compartment which makes it a total of 4 finger batteries to be used. There was no button on the product to start the pendulum swing.
I sent a WhatsApp message today (30/7/2022) and Oshamisu responded well to me and said someone from your team will reach out to me within the next 24-48 business days.
To my surprise, this evening, one Miss Favor (+234 706 589 5899) reached out to me claiming to be a staff of yours and went as far as calling me a liar indirectly that the item was working because she tested it herself and that it’s because i don’t like the color that why I’m saying it’s not working.
I’m trying to explain my plight to her on the item, we were not getting an headway and she went as far as hanging up on me.
The behavior is very unprofessional for supposed staff for Konga.
If I ordered for a one color stainless pendulum ball, I shouldn’t be forced to take a multicolor pendulum ball if the seller doesn’t have what I want.

Konga xpress has a poor delivery system especially the kxpress proprietary in Ph. They will have your parcel, you will call them they won't deliver it. Until the last date of delivery is just remaining a day. It's so unfortunate I won't patronise konga again. It's so frustrating this is my second experience. I have a parcel now, I tracked it is still with them. It's remaining 3day now for d delivery date to expire. I have been calling them to send it but poor customer care won't allow them.

Fraudulent Platform! I bought 2 expensive products from
Mamtus.NG Nigeria through Konga but they were over 2 years expired!!! Absolutely NOTHING was done when I reported the case, rather, Konga protected the fraudulent Mamtus.NG Nigeria seller.
