I bought SynoCell for my severe arthritis based on claims made in their ad and a further conversation I had with the Customer Service Rep AND the claim in the ad that there was a 90 day risk free guarantee. This was a total misrepresentation. Not only did the product improve my condition but the company only returned a portion of the product used in 90 days. You do not get a copy of the return policy until after they take your money, which policy contradicts the risk-free claim. In addition, I had to pay to return the product as I do not live in the US.

The response I got today (October 8,2025) reinforces how misleading the company is.

Their fraudulent business practices are deplorable and customer service is nonexistent. I ordered 6 bottles of product and at the end there was an option to add on a different product so I ordered 3 of that one. They doubled my original order so instead of sending 6 plus 3, they sent 6, 6 and 3 and charged for all. I have been going back and forth with them for 2 weeks trying to get them to take their product back. At this point I want to return all 15 bottles! They are the worst company I have EVER had the misfortune to deal with.

I feel this is DESCEPTIVE advertising and billing.
Konscious LLC's video got me hooked. But at the end they charged me for 3 different items instead of one. By clicking to order only the 9 bottles they billed me for 1 bottle, 6 bottles and 9 bottles totaling $604.36!! I contacted PayPal to stop this extra charges and found out - They also add on an auto billing subscription. PayPal came to the rescue and resolved my issue. I looking forward to trying this product. Hopefully it is as good as advertised and the reviews of success from others.

They truly delivered on their promise to help me lose the weight I wanted to within the timeframe they specified. Additionally, the coaches were fantastic, always encouraging me in a positive way to do my best. Whether it was education, meal planning, exercise, accountability, or resources, they were there to support me every step of the way.

I participated in the Comitted Coaches program, in which during a three month period helped me lose 30 pounds. They provided sample meal plans and recipes that fit the program. Also, live video conferencing, and archived videos provided lessons for various types of exercise activities and motivation.

I chose Comitted Coaches because I was frustrated after struggling to lose weight for years and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. After losing 30 pounds, I felt great achieving a goal that I once thought was unattainable. The biggest challenge for me was overcoming my skepticism, but the coaches were dedicated to proving that the program works if you stick to it. I had proof of my progress just three weeks in, and I knew I was on my way to a healthier and slimmer lifestyle.

If you are considering joining this program, I highly recommend it. If you are as committed as the coaches are, you will reach your goals.

When I started out with Committed Coaches my goal was to be able eat so I did not have diarrhea every day. In 2005 I had cancer, with most of my female organs and my bladder removed. There are so many foods that my system doesn't digest, I was in desperate need of help so I felt like I could have a normal life. Committed Coaches were the first to really take an interest helping me. With a lot of trial and error and patience on the Coaches part. We accomplished my goal. I now can go shopping, traveling and lots more because of the Committed Coaches program. I would highly recommend them.

Since I began working with Committed Coaches I’ve lost 28 pounds and several inches from my waist and other parts of my body. In addition to that, I’ve finally learned how to lose weight in a healthy way!

For years I would yo-yo up and down going from one fad diet to another, and it was very confusing. I felt overwhelmed. Looking back, I know that I didn’t really understand what I needed to include in a balanced diet, portion sizes for protein, carbs, and healthy fat. I didn’t understand the different kinds of carbs and how they affect your body. I didn’t realize that timing of what you eat makes a difference.

Since starting this process, Coach Brent and many other coaches have taught me not only the what to eat, but the “why” and the “how”. They have also helped me to understand the “what, why and how” of exercise, mindset, sleep, building healthy habits, self discipline/motivation, carb cycling, self talk, being a part of a community, consistency not perfection, and don’t get me started on the resources.

The resources are awesome! They provide recipes, exercise videos, coach talks, group coaching, one on one coaching, food lists, a simple plan for how to plan meals, and how to judge portion sizes. They don’t limit you to certain foods, but help you to understand how foods work to help your body to burn fat. Now, I know what to do and I realize the importance of consistency, sleep, activity and having a positive mindset. I’m learning how to get my body fit for longevity.

And these coaches individualize everything! They take you from where you are to where you want to be. It’s not just a quick fix, but a journey to health and wellness for a lifetime. Committed Coaches has given me the tools and understanding I need. This process has been life changing! Thanks Coaches!

I’m so glad that I stumbled onto Konsciousketo! It’s a great group of coaches, as well as a huge community of like minded people going through the same process and journey of learning, and helping others to learn along the way! My personal experience has been very positive and at this point in time, I’ve lost 39.8 lbs, but more than that, I’ve gained so much confidence and knowledge about food and nutrition and how staying healthy is really understanding how all aspects of healthy living are intertwined, so if one aspect is off, it can throw everything off. It’s not just about weight loss, but a lifestyle and a shift in mindset that helps you get through each day, even when motivation and excitement has waned. It’s a reliance on knowing what makes you want to change and having a future that offers you independence and freedom from medication or mobility devices to help you get around as you age. If this is what you desire for your life, then you’ve come to the right place! It’s truly the last thing you’ll ever have to do or learn to have that kind of life. It’s a lot of work and it’s going to take some time, but it’s well worth it!

How I found my future self …
My life changed when I found konscious Keto coaching . They gave me the tools to get my health back on track. After years of so many problems with my weight and health I finally found what really worked for me. I’ve lost 40 pounds but it wasn’t just because I changed the way I was eating it’s because konscious Keto coaching helped me change my mindset. My coach wasn’t just a teacher but also a “friend” he was funny yet understanding he also listened to all my problems and helped me figure out how and why those thoughts and behaviors We’re affecting everything in my life. I joined Committed Coaches when I hit another plateau. Like so many times before that, I was ready to give up and just be big. When everything you try doesn’t work it’s really hard to stay motivated. That was a little over 1 year ago. And then I found Committed Coaches.

Another Facebook supplement with sketchy business practices. The company will sell you a supplement and then give your information to a third-party coaching system to feed fear and doubt into you in order to get you to get their coaching program and other supplements from other third-party companies .the sales reps that call you are not coaches and know nothing of health or your personal situation with your health, but they will act like they are the professional in the room just to get a commission check. Sketchy business practices, and no results for it.

This was for several bottles of capsules.
The charge was 6/30/25 and no product has ever arrived. Huge rip off

Loved the keto granola and chocolate collagen—both taste like dessert without the sugar crash. Shipping felt a tad slow (five days), but an email got me a sweet discount. Would’ve hit five stars if the website recipes loaded faster.

Didn't work for me. I returned and got a refund. Then, about a month later, I noticed a charge from them of $147 on my CC bill. I had received no other product either.
I sent several emails. THEY didn't issue a refund, but my CC bank did. Meaning this company still got paid for an unauthorized charge. Wonder how often they do this? DON'T BUY!

I’m not loosing any weight

The product DOES what is supposed to do [unlike other companies that don't follolw through]. I have been using EMMA for a few years and I will NEVER go back to using anything else!

I do not recommend this company at all it’s been a long horrible drawn out process. I originally ordered Emma just one. Then they had a sales rep call to upsell me additional products saying I needed them for the full benefit of the original item to work. I request a refund and was only refunded for one item. I have communicated through multiple emails I just wanted to return everything and receive a full refund like I was promised. I was told multiple times by the sales rep that if I wasn’t satisfied I could receive a full refund. Well I’m not satisfied and I would just like my money back. Everything was returned in one box since no one bothered to send an additional return label. Thanks
