My family have been buying cakes from Kool Cakes Bakery for YEARS. Never have we had a problem with their delicious, soft cakes. The consistency of their designs, tastes and the cakes' texture are very impressive which is why I give (on behalf of my family) and 5 star rating :).

Fantastic cakes, every time, 🎂🎂🎂👍🏻

They messed up my online order. Had to wait for them to make the delivery. I must say the staff was wonderful and helpful at Kingsbury branch. The order was transferred to Harrow branch.

I always order look cakes. The cakes and cream are perfect every time. Really light sponge. Highly recommend

Website made it so easy to order a cake. Presentation is always perfect and cakes taste amazing. My family love both the vanilla and chocolate signature cakes with optional fruit and jam on the inside. We had ordered a cake last minute for the next day and they were still able to get the cake out on time!

Ordered the 6inch fresh fruit square cream cake for my mum’s special birthday! The cake was absolutely delicious and ready on time. Very impressed 😊 Will definitely be using Kool Cakes again!

Everything was as ordered. Cake tasted great!

second time I have ordered a cake and as with the last one this was totally delicious and beautifully made. I was contacted when the decoration was being added to suggest a small change and I agreed that it was a sensible idea. Everyone thought it was superb and I will be back again. Thank you

Thanks Kool Cakes Bakery for making a delicious, fresh cream celebration cake at short notice (1 day). The cake design tool on your website is easy to navigate, lots of choices made simple by the step by step tool and the pricing for extras is clear. Great value for money and very good quality. Couldn’t fault the service at any point and would highly recommend to my friends and family. Thank you.

We had a fresh cream square cake with strawberries and flakes on top and hazelnuts around the sides. It was so so tasty! Loved by all

Delicious eggless cake. We ordered many times before. This time a small square fresh cream cake with nuts around, strawberries and flakes on top. Biggest hit with the kids and very delicious.

Quick and easy ordering process. Cakes are delicious.
