Quando finalizei a compra, pedi para entregar na minha morada.
Falaram que fizeram uma tentativa de entrega na morada, infelizmente não fizeram, porque estou sempre e casa e nem sequer tentaram entregar aqui, levaram direto para um ponto de recolha, aonde não consigo ir.
Fiquei sem reembolso, sem encomenda. Decepcionada com a loja de vocês.

We have already contacted DHL regarding your shipment. According to their tracking information, one delivery attempt was made to your home address. When the delivery could not be completed, DHL redirected the parcel to a nearby service point instead of returning it immediately. This is done to give you an additional opportunity to collect the order before it is sent back.
Unfortunately, DHL does not allow us to request a new home delivery attempt once the parcel has been transferred to a service point. The package will remain there for a few more days. If it is not collected within that timeframe, it will automatically be returned to us.
As soon as the parcel is returned and registered in our system, we will of course process the refund according to our policy.
We completely understand your disappointment and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If there is anything we can assist you with regarding the collection details or tracking information, please let us know - we are here to help.
