Já fiz várias encomendas e tenho queixas em relação a transportadora, além de não passarem na morada indicada ( dizem que não está ninguém o que é falso) a última encomenda supostamente está em trânsito do dia 29-09 e ainda não há sinal dela!! Em relação à empresa e os produtos , é TOP!!

Ótimos produtos a um preço acessível 👍amostras muito boas e envio rápido.o único senão é a transportadora que utilizam, a DHL, que é quanto a mim a pior do mercado...depois de receberem estiveram cerca de 4 dias para entregar dando desculpas.Quando.por fim, depois de várias queixas, entregaram não na morada mas num.ponto de entrega.

Infelizmente a encomenda não foi entregue na morada indicada, mas sim num ponto de recolha sem nenhum aviso ou comunicação prévia.
O ponto de recolha escolhido não é compatível com os meus horários ou trajeto habitual.
Neste momento ainda não tenho a encomenda, sendo que há a possibilidade de não a conseguir recolher atempadamente, antes de ser devolvida.
Pelo que até agora, a experiência não é a melhor.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Since DHL was unable to deliver the parcel to your address, they redirected it to the nearest pickup point. Unfortunately, if the courier cannot hand it over directly, we have no influence on which location DHL chooses.
