Just brilliant from start to finish. I had an old PC that due to relocating had just been sat in a cupboard for a few years. When I eventually got it out it was super slow and not running properly.
Karl updated the OS for me and recommended an SSD as I still had a HDD. Was very communicative throughout, and was very understanding when I was late to drop off the PC due to car issues.
I highly recommend his service and will more than likely be going back to him in the future for a new PC build.

Karl was genuinely so helpful and understanding I asked him to build me a pc with specs given to me from a friend and I didn’t realise till he built it I didn’t like the case and worried to ask him to change it all about he was more than happy to get it sorted to exactly what I wanted and showed me all the different variations he could do for me! A few days later he hand delivered me the pc and I couldn’t be happier!

Second time using KP-PCBuilds and won't be the last. Very professional in every aspect. Great communication from start to end. Decided to try do a few upgrades myself and I didn't do the best of jobs. Got in touch with KP and not only would he sort out my mess, he also helped me pick out an upgrade for my GPU which performs great with my system.

EXCELLENT! Amazing and fantastic value for money and guidance. Cannot recommend enough.

Karl is very customer focussed. Right from our initial query, he made sure that he understood our requirements, in order to design a cost-effective photo editing PC that fully met our needs. He gave us several hardware configurations at different price points and we opted for the higher performance option. The PC has exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend KP-PCBuilds to anyone wanting a custom PC.
