Boy does Karl go the extra mile. Just taken taken delivery of a custom built {by Karl} rtx 5080 gaming pc, complete with top notch components { e.g. ryzen 9800x3d and nvidia 5080 graphics card} and bling.
As i live locally he was kind enough to bring it over himself.
Not only is he substantially cheaper than the big boys e.g. pcspecialist and cyberpower but the whole transaction took a mere 5 days from payment to delivery.
No matter where you live in the UK I cannot recommend him highly enough.

KP-PCBuilds are extremely knowledgeable on both PC builds and pricing, I would highly recommend them for their services and will come back for more!

It was fast and easy process no complaints

Honestly best place I have been for any issues with my PC, So kind, So quick to respond and prices are extremely reasonable! Honestly can't fault anything about this business 10/10 Amazing would definitely recommend!

Was fast, effecient, and very communicative.

Got a custom gaming PC built by Karl for our son in 2023 for Christmas and we was so impressed with the build, customer service and efficiency we knew when it came round to my partner needing a new PC for christmas, we knew where to go. We messaged Karl with what our budget was, what my partner wanted in a PC and Karl quickly responded with a parts list and worked within our budget and less than 2 weeks the PC was built and ready to go. 5* experience, wouldn't shop anywhere else than KP-PCBuilds for custom PCs. Highly recommended.

Spoke with kp-pcbuilds to design a gaming streaming pc, worked out the best possible system. He ordered and fitted all the parts very quickly and dropped the pc off at my door. The system is brilliant and i have spent many hours live and playing games with no issues i couldn't ask for any better service. high recommend.

Ordered at the start of December and arrived really quickly - boxed up and via courier - really fast and efficient service.

Really friendly and knowledgeable service - I am a complete technophobe and really have no idea about PC’s, any messages I sent about the build when I wasn’t sure what I wanted or afterwards when we received it and was setting up were replied to really quickly.

The ongoing support and service from
Initially ordering to now has been absolutely second to none and I would highly recommend using KP PC Builds. Thanks you so much

I recently ordered a custom built PC from and I am very happy with the results! I emailed a list of parts I wanted and received some great feedback including changing a few of the parts around for a better experience. I personally chose to pick up my computer, so not aware of the delivery times etc, but was very satisfied with the whole process!

Excellent customer service!!! Had a build done in a week with delivery.

This was a very smooth process was kept upto date with how the build was going.
My son is ever so pleased with his new gaming computer.
Many thanks for your excellent service. Highly recommended A+++

I gave him the budget, and he got straight to work finding the parts. He also got it built and delivered fast, and everything arrived, meeting all my expectations.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. We haven't used the PC yet but everything from the speed, customer service to the packaging has been amazing. Very professional and friendly.

Really good service
Great communication

I would highly recommend Karl and KP-PCBuilds, real personal touch , no question too silly lol, superb value, very efficient, and I genuinely feel that the follow up and support is there.

I recently had the pleasure of working with KP-PCBuilds, and I must say, I was impressed with their service. Karl's communication was excellent throughout the process, ensuring I was kept up-to-date. He built my custom PC efficiently, delivering a high-performance machine that met my specifications and budget. The PC was completed within a week, and the entire experience was smooth and satisfying. I highly recommend KP-PCBuilds for anyone looking to build or upgrade their setup. Four stars from me!

Great service & value for money. Contacted Karl over a weekend and he put a spec together quickly and we had our new PC delivered to us by the following weekend. Very happy with everything he's put together for us.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Communication was great and after a short discussion a build and spec was agreed. Was kept updated throughout and the end product was superb. Similar spec machines from the bigger company’s were considerably more. Class service .

Really happy with the graphics card and ram upgrade so happy infact I got KP to help upgrade my PC again!

Karl was so helpful and responsive all the way through. He gave excellent advice and I never felt like he was just selling me something, he has always been invested in building something that’s exactly right. He has been patient when I’ve changed my mind or asked lots of questions. Can’t wait to see the finished build, I know it’s going to be great reading all his other reviews!
