Peerless communication, research and customer service from Karl. Super fast turnaround and after sale support. Cannot recommend enough

I had previously ordered a custom build PC from a well-known company and was messed about with the order. I was recommended KP-PCBuilds by some people online and decided to go for it and I'm so so so glad I did!
Not only is the build 10x better than the one I was going to get, but he built it exactly how I imagined it. The communication was excellent! Every step of the way he kept me informed from the ordering of parts, to when they arrived, to the build stage, to delivery and shipping.
He is incredibly timely, polite, and a brilliant tech Wiz! I highly highly recommend this company to everyone. From ordering the parts to having the PC at my door was less than 5 days.
Don't hesitate, go for it!

Amazing communication from Karl. Did an amazing, fast and efficient job of building my PC.

Provided a budget, and KP produced.

Nothing to complain about what so ever. Will definitely use the services again.

Thank you.

Karl did a case swap for me, as my handywork on building isn’t the best! Great service and fast turn around, was in and out the same day with a like new pc! Very happy with the service and runs like a dream.

Karl recently built my first ever custom build for me and it turned out to be an outstanding PC, I’m elated with how it’s turned out, with high performance quality wise and FPS.

Karl’s customer service skills were amazing, his replies and updates were always fast and filled with deep knowledge on the hardware for the PC and what would be best for the build I’m going for. Not only did he make sure my PC would have extremely good performance, he made sure it would also be cost effective too!

I highly recommend Karl as your builder whether it be your first time custom building or looking for your next big thing. Great customer service, great build. Thanks again, Karl, for the great work! 😊👍🏻

I know nothing about gaming PC’s and explained to Karl my requirements with a set budget. Not only did he spec the whole build he came in under budget and was great explaining everything. PC was ordered, built and delivered in 7 days. Highly recommend Karl at KP-PCBuilds.

Couldn't be happier with the Transparency and helpfulness from Karl during the process of Configuring all the way to sending my PC.

The man knows his stuff i can tell you that, My PC carl put together is an absolute machine on literally any game maxed out, its quiet, its smooth and its literally something a hardcore gamer could dream for just without the ridiculous price tag !

I paid £600 less than my build that lasted me more than 6 years but i can already tell this will last me just as long.

Everything is more than what i could've asked for and it sits perfectly in its little corner in the case !

Easy to talk to answered all my questions and ultimately built and mailed a rig that has performed so well over the first week would so recommend him! 😜 Thanks !!!!

I wanted to buy my first PC and Karl was able to quickly come up with a build that fulfilled my needs, even with little guidance from me. There were a couple things I wanted to change with the potential build and he was able to do just that and now I LOVE how my PC looks and feels. Of course, the build is also at a cheaper price and Karl is very helpful if you have any questions and quick to reply! Once PC is built and tested, next day delivery is provided.

Thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Karl. I messaged on the Monday in search of a new PC and had it with me up and running on Friday. It looks great and handles everything that I want to play perfectly. Couldn’t be happier!

Karl has built me an amazing gaming computer with top-notch service. He took the time to understand my needs, provided expert advice, and delivered a high-performance, meticulously crafted PC. Communication was excellent, and after-sale support has been superb, especially as I had run into some problems. I highly recommend Karl and KP-PCBuilds for anything to do with PCs.

I was looking for a quality PC build without paying for 'brand' at one of the mainstream stores.

I looked around at a number of options and read reviews on multiple sites.

I found KP on Google, then Facebook and was encouraged by what I read.

I sent an initial message and got a really good, sensible, response quickly.

We then exchanged a number of messages, changed the spec and the build a number of times. At each stage the communication was very good.

Once we settled on build and paid, the speed was very good, communication excellent and then got it delivered to home, including all of the component boxes.

It's early days on the build, but my daughter is very happy. The build is very quick, very quiet and well specced for the future.

I fully recommend reaching out and seeing if there's a good option for you.

I messaged asking for a pc that could run the games I wanted to play within my budget and they were so helpful, answered all my questions, listened to what I wanted in the pc and kept me updated through out the whole building process. I’m so happy with my pc and will 100% use this company again!

Immediate responce from Karl over potential PC build for myself ,full itemisation of components he would use price and build time were all honoured ,as build progressed he kept in touch and i collected PC day before expected build .Overjoyed with spec and build quality for the money i paid, would definitely recommend ,a great service all round.

Excellent early response to my initial enquiry. Followed up with an informed and accurate estimate of the total cost I would be charged. The work was completed within 24 hours of me dropping the laptop off. Would strongly recommend this company to anyone. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

1000% would recommend. He worked around my busy work schedule and helped a complete pc noob understand the technical stuff a lot better. Gave him some cash and few days later had a fully built, smoothly operating pc. Thank you a lot!

What a find! Karl is a very nice chap. He was efficient and honest. Highly recommended.

KP did a sterling job, not only did he save me money and time but also gave me peace of mind through the whole process of delivery.

I can’t say enough good things, you would be making the right choice.

Karl has helped me for a few weeks to troubleahoot and then upgrade my PC. He did several component reinstallations, working around my schedule and letting me know whenever anything relevant came up. During troubleshooting he gave several options, and ultimately gave me an improved and fully working pc at a very fair price.

Would use again, happily.

This was my first experience going into pc gaming as I’ve always wanted to try it but the problem is that I had no idea where to start but then I heard of kp-pc builds of someone that I knew and honestly couldn’t be any happier with the service I got with Karl!, he helped me pick out a pc that fitted my budget but whilst also being the most premium parts and got the pc built specially for you!, they are by far the best company for price as most parts are actually cheaper than most pre build sites, the overall time it took for everything to get made aswell was really fast and was sent out within the week, even when I had the pc in hand, Karl was very helpful into getting everything plugged up and went through step by step on how to get your pc set up, I honestly could not recommend someone more than this business as it is definitely the best customer service I’ve had and will definitely be using their service again!
