Karl was quick to answer my questions and advise me on things I was unsure of. He also gave me a few different options to chose from within my budget. Top marks from beginning to end.

Honest about what I needed. When I said what I would spend, said I wouldn’t need to spend that to get what I wanted, saving me money. Gave me a timeline and honoured that without any issues. Product is now performing wonderfully

Thoroughly excellent experience with KP-PC and would highly recommend to anyone.

I really have no idea about PCs and wanted a decent level PC to run sim racing and a bit of VR. I was getting lost with the big online gaming PC companies so asked Karl to take a look at a rough spec I had, he recommended a number of improvements for a far more competitive price and built me up a fantastic PC which is totally beyond my expectations! The VR is a game changer - not sure I can go back to using a monitor!

Really easy to get hold of and responds to FB messages very very quickly.

Mega thanks to Karl!

Delivered quickly and without fuss right to the door. Karl helped us set up and has been quick to react to a supplier shortfall. Great to be able to get some good advice about what cuts the mustard gaming wise. My son is super pleased.

Karl at KP-PCBuilds helped me to build a PC for my son and upgrade my own.

We started by discussing what I needed and Karl guided me towards the best products to fit my needs.

We kept it under my initial budget and the results are fantastic. My son is exceptionally happy with his new gaming computer.

The whole experience was very professional and I got far more for my money than if I'd gone to a retail chain.

I absolutely recommend doing business with Karl.

Absolutely brilliant PC
Karl listened to what I needed in a PC and built the perfect machine. It does everything I need and more.
It was built within a few days, the shipping was quick and I couldn't recommend him enough.

As soon as we contacted Karl regarding a PC build for our son, we had a friendly and fast response. Our numerous questions were answered swiftly without issue and things were explained clearly so our son knew exactly what he was getting in his build. He wanted a gaming PC that won't need updating for some time and is quick to load and play etc. That's exactly what he has, and within his budget, thanks to Karl. Everything was built and tested so it's running perfectly, before being delivered personally in time for sons return from a week away, so son was really happy! Would definitely recommend and use again for any other PC queries etc. 5* service thanks Karl.

Highly recommended. Great communication from start to finish, Karl was helpful, trustworthy, informative and professional throughout the build and I would thoroughly recommend him. Karl even checked all was okay a few days post delivery of the pc. I now have a very happy son who finally has a gaming pc that he loves - built to his specification and within budget as an 18th birthday present. Thank you Karl.

Outstanding services, happy to answer any questions I had, couldn’t ask for more.

Karl provided great advice and recommendations when planning my upgrade and turned the build around quickly and professionally. I was very happy with the outcome and would trust KP PC Builds for any future requirements.

Karl is such a talented patient person.

The computer he built for me is gorgeous, and he talked me through the options available to try and keep within budget but make sure it’s as future proof as possible for the next generation of games.

One small RGB fault on one of the fans was handled by Karl contacting the supplier and having a new one sent out then he even gave me video tutorials on how to swap some parts over.

As someone new to pc gaming I was a bit worried about getting the right gear but I needn’t have worried as Karl honestly made it so easy and straight forward and now I get to game in full 4k in that sweet RGB glow!

Had a great experience using karl to finish off my pc build. He is thorough with the work and tested everything numerous of times to make sure everything is spot on, he was constantly updating me with the progress and he even done all the cable management for me without me asking.

He came to my house and picked up the machine free of charge. Even now after the service is complete he is still giving me advice if i have a question to ask.

If you want someone reliable, good at what he does, cheaper than the high street prices and someone that will explain things properly for you then i highly recommend using karl for all your pc builds/repairs.

I will be using karl in the future.
