I ordered two albums from Kpopmoon, but one turned out to be unavailable. The seller contacted me right away and arranged a refund for the album plus postage, which I really appreciated. He kept me updated about my order, and the album arrived in perfect condition. I’m very happy with the service overall and definitely look forward to ordering again!

The packaging was scratched slightly and that caused some damage to the album. Although after reaching out, I was able to receive generous compensation and the person I spoke to was lovely and keen to make me happy. Will definitely order from here again as this has given me a good overview of Kpop moon.

Kpop moon is genuinely the only uk based K-pop store I use, I’ve never had a bad experience with them and I find the shipping updates very useful. Not to mention the store has very fair pricing and hardworking staff. I’d recommend K-pop moon one any other uk based K-pop store that I’ve tried!

Kpop Moon is one of the best providers of Kpop mechandise on the market today.

Ever since my first album i ordered i've stuck with Kpop Moon for every single purchase. With the mix of reasonable prices and timely listings i wouldn't ever want to order from anywhere else.

And that's not even to mention customer service, I've never recieved faster and more helpful responses from any company i've interacted with.

Kpop Moon is an outstanding K-pop shop! I’ve shopped with them many times shall keep coming back!! Why, when there is an increasingly long list of options to choose from to do k-shopping, would I choose Kpop Moon…well for lots of reasons:

1) Amazing customer service from Ryan who is really helpful, quick to reply and clearly cares about providing a quality experience for customers.

2) Great variety of groups/artists to choose from, often being the place where I can find albums from smaller groups or older releases, as well as also having the latest comebacks from the bigger groups.

3) Quality of items and delivery. Shipping is pretty quick, and prices of items and delivery are reasonable. Parcels always arrive securely and thoughtfully packaged with the items in perfect condition.

4) POB choices to go with your album order! Often with a variety to choose from. Kpop Moon are also the only shop I’ve been able to order specific member versions of certain comebacks from which is a great bonus.

5) Reliable!! I have been let down by a few other shops for various reasons but Kpop Moon has always been a shop I can count on.

Myself, and my friends who also shop here, only have positive things to say and would absolutely recommend Kpop Moon to any fellow kshoppers <3

Best UK-based kpop store. Ordered from here multiple times and I’ve always received my order quickly and well packaged. Most importantly the customer service is amazing. Responses are super quick and the time something went wrong beyond the store’s control the owner went above and beyond to resolve it for me! I don’t buy kpop albums anymore but if I ever decide to again this is definitely where I’d shop.

Unfortunately the album I bought could not be stocked however the store owner contacted me fast and we swapped the album for a different album I was wanting. As there was stocking problems with the other album the store owner checked that the new album was definitely available and communicated all the way. The album arrived fast and safely.
