Kpop Moon has such a great selection of products including some rarer albums that I haven't seen available anywhere else! Ryan is so lovely and very helpful, I always recommend this store to friends ☺️

Best K-pop shop all round!
My stray kids karma albums came well packaged with the pobs safely tucked in all cozy. I’ve bought both my lights sticks from kpopmoon and both are legit and connected at the concerts.
If there is ever a problem you’re emailed straight away and communication is so very easy and fast (also unbelievably friendly)

I’ve left a review for kpop moon before and i’m back to leave another since they truly deserve it. I’ve used this store for over a year now, it’s one of my most trusted, useful and reliable sources of kpop merch! If i’m ever struggling to find a specific album, kpop moon always comes in clutch with the best range of items (I have my Bibi album thanks to them :,)) In terms of interactions they’re so lovely, every encounter i’ve had has been amazing! These guys are truly the perfect store for kpop fans, i couldn’t recommend them enough!!! 🤍🤍🤍

I’ve been into K-pop for a long time, but only started collecting albums a few years back and every single one has been from Kpopmoon! The customer service is always amazing, and Ryan is the absolute best. I trust him 100% to get my albums to me safe and sound, and it’s such a relief knowing I never have to worry.

I would never use another store to buy my kpop albums, pretty much my whole collection has come from them! They are just wonderful, Ryan is so lovely. When I had problems or questions they would reply very quickly and be so helpful!

I haven't ordered from them in a little while because ive stopped buying albums due to my kpop interest slipping, but I would 1000% recommend kpopmoon!!

Brilliant shop!! I've brought from here many times. Great range of products from old albums to new releases. Even lightsticks!! Communication is great and delivery is super speedy. Price's are great too, cheaper than other places in some cases. I recommend to anyone!!

New record of fastest reply to an email enquiry has been unlocked. I emailed at a ridiculous time in the early morning and got a reply within 2 minutes. Ryan is always quick to respond and really lovely and helpful in his replies. By far the best customer service of all the k pop shops :)

Besides the incredible selection of albums and merchandise, I have to say Kpop Moon has one of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Even with the smallest of issues, they’ve responded amazingly and have always been so kind. If you can’t find anything anywhere, Kpop Moon is the place to look: They’ll find it for you, and they’ll do it with the kindest and fastest of responses.

Order was delayed, but great communication for the item. Arrived brand new in one piece.

Bought a lightstick but had a call to say the supplier has stock of the wrong ones so would I want that or a refund. I was happy to take what they had, I was refunded my postage as an apology then I was called again to say someone cancelled their order but it’s the one I wanted originally so I was offered that and it arrived first class the next day. The communication to solve this issue was great I had phone calls and text messages which were easy. The problem was solved very quickly and Ryan was very apologetic about the situation but the customer service was excellent and I received what I ordered successfully.

I ordered a blackpink light stick for the upcoming concert in a few weeks time and noticed I would be away up north and then have to travel to the concert. And they kindly sent my order first class and I’ve just had it delivered with plenty of time before the concert. The light stick works great nothing wrong with it at all. They also included a photo card and sweets with my order, I would definitely recommend this store and will definitely order from them again.

I ordered a Stray Kids lightstick for the upcoming concert and it arrived in pristine condition! Came with some sweets and a lovely note with my name handwritten on it :) Shipping was speedy and on time as promised, super happy with the order x

the package was a little delayed but an email was sent out explain it and honestly it arrived like less than a week after the apology email. i’m using kpop moon again when i need more lightsticks

I'm so happy I purchased my album with Kpop Moon! The customer service is great and they responded very quick to my questions. They have a great range of products and I'm extra happy because they stock albums from my fave group which not many stores in the UK do. The website explains clearly the shipping timeframe so you're updated with the process. This is my first purchase with them and it's definitely not the last!
