Product came not too long after ordering, got a light-stick for the skz concert and it came in perfect condition and connected to the official app very happy I ordered (if ordering for London concert order early ordered 2nd may, arrived 19th may)

Delivery within reasonable time. Item original, new and working. Got some small sweet freebie as well which was very nice.

I was a bit hesitant since the website looks a bit bare (design wise) but my payment was fulfilled with no problems and my order arrived to my country (NL). In my case I ordered a lightstick from a group that is not active anymore, so I was very happy that I was able to place the order. Thank you to the Kpop Moon staff for fulfilling my order!

I love how up to date the deliveries page is, it allows the couple of weeks waiting for an order to ship from Korea to go by so much more smoothly. Plus the addition of a thank you card with my name on it and a couple of little sweet treats is so nice! I’m never ordering from another site again, this is my go to for forever

Did take awhile for package to be shipped had a very helpful person called Ryan who assured me me my package would be with me asap very helpful polite . My daughter is very happy with her straykids flash light for her concert in July packaged very good works excellent definitely order again
