All the staff are very professional for the each role. The receptionists are very friendly and they always try to arrange your appointment the best for you. The dentists have a very high skill and they never give up until you get absolutely satisfied. My 8 years old son loves going to the dentist because he doesn't feel nervous as they make fun to kids even during treatment.

I visited Ben today . I am a nervous patient but he totally understood my needs and put me at ease. It's the first time I've had a filling with a dentist and not felt a thing. He's really built my confidence

So very grateful with my dental experience at Kreate experience in Hillmorton, Rugby. Ioana my dentist was so calming and thoughtful. I am a very nervous and anxious patient who needed a small filling. She numbed my gum before the injection and I had headphones so I couldn't hear the drill. Reassured me throughout in a calm and friendly manner. Katherine the nurse also very kind. Best dental experience I have had in my 60 years! Thank you both very much, Mrs Marie Ward.

2nd scheduled visit to have scans done for my braces. As always team Rimi & Sue were great, always cheerful, puts you at ease and fully explained what was happening today & next steps in my plan.

This is my first experience being a private patient at this dental practice, having had a bad experiences at my old NHS one. I have to say the staff are very friendly and helpful the dentist was very thorough with his examination and explained every thing in detail, apart from the cost I guess you get what you pay for.

Once again such lovely people who make you feel at ease and never rush you which is great for my autistic son. Very calm environment for him and he always comes out smiling.

I had to make an emergency appointment as my front tooth broke, Kreate fitted me in the very next day although I wasn't their patient. I saw Doctor Ben who was so lovely and gentle, the end result of my treatment is fantastic no-one would know my tooth was broken I'm a nervous patient and he took that into consideration explaining everything he was doing, I'm so happy to be his patient now.The establishment is very clean and friendly and local to me. I will be seeing the hygienist at some point too.I am very happy with my experiences

Emma was so lovely as always and very accommodating of my needs. She was very thorough with my check up too.
The hygienist was a temp but I’d love her to be there permanently. So friendly and very gentle too. The clean was brilliant too.

Dr Rimmi Gill is the best dentist I have ever had. (I've had a few over the years) In fact, when she moved surgeries I transferred with her.
I have had Invisalign treatment with her, a filling and a crown replaced - all of which have been exceptional.
If you are nervous or just want an outstanding dentist, who takes the time to talk through the treatment both to her clients and her dental nurses then book an appointment with Rimmi.

I had my first check up with Dr Ben Poon at Kreate Dental last night and it was a great experience. He took the time to learn about my lifestyle, diet and oral health routine. We talked about future appointments and he genuinely wanted to give me the best advice and didn't push any extra treatment that I didn't need.
I was then delighted to see hear that my first appointment had a 50% discount!
My daughter also goes here, and Emma is wonderful with her.

Just had a check up with Taison and have to say honestly the most gentle, patient dentist I’ve ever had.
Put me at ease immediately, explaining everything very clearly.
My dental nurse Beth was also very attentive and gentle, both had brilliant personalities and sense of honour.
Reception staff are amazing so welcoming, and nothing was to much trouble

I love going to Kreate, they’re honestly the friendliest most welcoming team I’ve ever experienced and make going to the dentist a pleasure not a chore. Great dentist. Used to be scared. My dentist ben calms me and gets job done without me hanging on to chair .the girls are lovely and all ways warm welcome. Cannot recommend anought thank you to all you guys and girls for a great sevice.
