I had hated my crowded teeth for so many years but kept putting off doing anything about it, mainly due to nerves and not really knowing what the best option was. When I finally decided to get some advice, I saw a few dentists — but Ismail and the team at Shmile were by far the best.
They really took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve and created a treatment plan that felt right for me. The whole process was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident from the start.
I still can’t believe the amazing results Ismail achieved with Invisalign and just a small amount of composite bonding. It has genuinely made such a difference to my confidence.
Thank you so much for everything you’ve done over the past year to support me on my journey to a great new smile!

I had an appointment with the hygienist Abigail and her nurse Klevisa they were very general and guided me through the way as I was nervous and made me feel at ease I definitely recommend.

The dentist listened to what I wanted ( a very natural look ) and I am super pleased with the result !
All the staff are very welcoming & kind.

Fantastic dental clinic. Staff are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. The best composite bonding I've ever had. I've had Abigail O'Malley for my past few hygienist  appintments and she has been amazing. Definitely would recommend shmile dental clinic to everyone.

Today I got my crown for my implant and I am very happy with the result. It is so nice to be able to feel my palate again and not to have to wear a plate. The colour match is perfect too which is important for a front tooth. I can highly recommend Schmile. The premises are modern, spotless and comfortable and the staff so friendly, professional and caring. As well as having an implant with Nuria I also attended the hygienist, Abigail and my teeth felt amazing afterwards.

I’ve always had a morbid fear of dentists going back to childhood when they removed teeth firstly by holding an ether mask tightly over your face !!!!
My first appointment here was fantastic Ismail is a calming influence and made my experience trouble free !
I have absolutely no problem in highly recommending this practice to anyone.

From the initial telephone consultation to aftercare, these guys have been amazing. I had two teeth extracted, and they were incredibly accommodating. They were able to assist me within 24 hours of contacting them. The entire team is friendly and very reassuring. I will be going back for all further dental care moving forward.

Visited yesterday for my third appointment and once again I was extremely pleased with the service. Abigail, my dentist, was fantastic—super delicate, polite, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole experience feel effortless.

The clinic itself is new and very stylish, but most importantly, it’s spotless. The entire staff is unbelievably friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

Have been with another dentist ALL my life (I’m 49) but as their prices increased their professionalism declined. Couldn’t be happier with my switch to Shmile.

Really happy with the results of my composite bonding. The dentist, Ismail did a wonderful job, with attention to every small detail. The whole process from initial consultation to completion was very smooth. The price was very competitive compared to other quotes I received.

It was my first time visiting Shmile Bromley and I will definitely be coming back! The whole experience from when you enter to when you leave is 5 stars. I had a hygiene Airflow and Ultrasonic appointment with Abigail, and not only was the service great so were the results! The whole team are super friendly and I cannot recommend this place enough, even the small touches like the goody bag after your service. I will be making this dentist my regular now!

I recently had a hygienist appointment at Shmile practice with Abigail and Visa. It was a fabulous experience. Abigail is the best hygienist I have ever had. Visa is extremely helpful . I felt like I had a new set of teeth after my appointment. I didn't feel any discomfort during my treatment.

I recently visited Shmile, and my experience was truly exceptional. I arrived feeling nervous, but the warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately put me at ease. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles, setting a positive tone for my visit.

Abigail, in particular, stood out for her gentle approach and understanding demeanor. Her professionalism and care made a significant difference, and I left the clinic feeling remarkably calm.

To top it all off, I received a lovely goody bag on my way out, which was a nice touch. Overall, Shmile has earned a solid 10 out of 10 from me—it’s hands down the best dental clinic I’ve had the pleasure of visiting so far.

Had an extraction today by Dr Ismail Dumenci . I had been putting it off for several months as I have a dread of dentists. Dr Ismail put me at ease straight away he calmed me down explained everything carefully and during the procedure kept me updated about what he was doing. This was one of my best dental experiences to date and I will not hesitate or delay going for further treatment with him.

I attended Shmile on 12/08/2025 at 12:30 for a tooth extraction after being let down by other dentists. I sent a WhatsApp message in the morning and got a prompt reply — well done for using WhatsApp! It makes you contactable and up to date with the modern world, unlike some other places.

I got an appointment the same day and saw Dr. Ismail Dumenci. Honestly, I didn’t have much hope after my previous experiences. I thought he was going to look at it and say “Come back” or “We can’t do it.” But I will put my hand on my heart and say Dr. Ismail Dumenci is the best dentist I have ever seen.

I was a little anxious about having a tooth out, but he made the whole thing so much easier. He clearly knows his stuff — it’s obvious he’s head and shoulders above most other dentists I’ve visited. To be honest, he puts them to shame. He’s a credit to the profession and deserves massive respect for helping members of the public.

I was so glad to have seen him. I will not be going anywhere else now. Everything he did showed confidence, skill, and experience. If you’ve been let down by others, go and see him — you can feel confident he will deal with the problem. He’s not someone who will fob you off.

Every other dentist said my tooth was a “difficult extraction” and wouldn’t touch it. Dr. Ismail Dumenci brushed it off like he was making a cup of tea — it wasn’t difficult for him. If you need dental work, he’s your man. Nobody else will come close.

I also want to thank the receptionist, Nicola. I can tell how enthusiastic you are about working at Shmile — and it really shows. First impressions count when you walk into a dentist, and you’re a credit to the team.
